As someone who is struggling with their mental health, I know how this feels. Please, take all the time you need, Leaf! My owls are always open if you ever need someone to talk to, or to vent.

Just got home from a decent grocery store trip. I have zero energy, this virus or cold or whatever this is kicks my butt. I hope you feel better Leaf!

I am so sorry about your energy levels from this illness! When I had covid, and more recently an upper respiratory infection, there were times I could barely keep my eyes open (even after having rested for hours). So, I know how that feels. I hope your illness improves quickly for you!

I’ve been at this going on two weeks. Negative for everything. They call it a Mystery Virus. I had one day where I just couldn’t stay awake. I’m physically and mentally exhausted, but can’t sleep much because of the runny nose and congestion. OTC meds for the symptoms don’t help at all and I’ve tried a lot of different ones over the last couple of weeks. The ones that are supposed to make you sleepy (NyQuil / Benedryl) don’t make me sleepy at all, it’s like my body is fighting them. And the fever is like daily. I’m just tired of being sick and tired lol
