WOW! Didn’t know this existed but so happy I found it!!!

I’ve been listening to a lot of “King and Country” but I listen to an array of Christian artists!

Also I have a really important test today so prayers for that <3

Hi everyone! Not sure how I didn't find this until now lol, but heyyy!!! I've been a Christian for pretty much my entire life, but I do have one way that God has shown that he does truly listen and given me an opportunity to help someone else in my life. TW of self harm, owl me if you have any questions/concerns/want to talk!

So, no namedropping, but I have a friend(OOC), and this friend struggled with self harm. It had been secretly going on for months, and I didn't know(nor did anybody else). She had Christian parents, but they weren't devoted to their faith or really practicing it, so she decided to be atheist because she didn't want to be associated with what her parents believed in, like God. I was talking to her throughout the whole year, just planting little seeds of 'Jesus loves you' or 'God is always there to talk through prayer', stuff like that. Then, I got baptized. I remember that night, I prayed that God would give me a chance to shine His light soon. The next day, at the end of the school day, Christianity got brought up in conversation. After a 30 minute conversation on the bus, lots of tears, and the salvation story spread, she accepted Jesus Christ into her heart. To this day, we still share Bible verses and talk with each other about the Lord. She is about one year clean at this point, and I say amen to that!

That story is absolutely incredible and warms my heart. It is honestly incredible that you had the courage and faith to talk to her. <3

Thank you so much! <3 I was really scared to, but I figured that the worst that could happen was her walking away knowing just a bit more about God!
