Have you already applied for an ability for your first year, Graci? If not, you can apply for one of the prodigal abilities (or wait until another year if you want). It will take your ability slot for the year, though.

For iNPC's is the 6 months you have to wait the amount of time you've been on the site in all or the amount of time you've been on your specific account

I’m pretty sure it’s six months for your current account, but I would wait for someone to confirm…

I am going to be six months on my account on the 20th of April, but I can still access them, so I don't think it is 6 months.
