Your RPG storyline idea :
It’s been about a month since Novalie began her life at Hogwarts. Although her cheerful and easy-going nature makes her a welcome presence, your character can't help but notice something unusual. Whenever Novalie joins meals in the Great Hall - if she shows up at all - there’s a pattern. She picks at her food, eating just enough to avoid drawing attention before shifting the conversation, making others overlook the fact that she barely touches her meals.
However, your character sees through the façade. They decide to ask Novalie about it. Caught off guard, Novalie tries to brush it off, though her discomfort is clear.

Additional info :
This RP will be relatively short, with Novalie leaving the Great Hall shortly after being questioned, leading to a solo. Alternatively, we could create a new thread where your character follows her. In that case, Novalie could open up and share the truth, which could be the start of a friendship or deepen an existing one - totally up to you!

It would make the most sense for your character to be from Ravenclaw, as they’d have more opportunity to notice Novalie’s behavior over time, sitting at the same table. But I’m open for other houses too! We’d just need to figure out how/why your character has been noticing her behaviour.

Your RPG storyline idea :
While visiting the Owlery, your character discovers a small note tucked into a crack in the wall. Curious, they unfold it to reveal a simple message: "Tell me your deepest secret. – Rose."

Unbeknownst to them, Novalie had left the note, hoping someone would find it and respond. From there, our characters begin exchanging hidden messages, keeping their identities anonymous as they share secrets, thoughts and feelings through these notes, building an unseen connection.

Additional info :
I intend this to be a long-term RP, potentially lasting over a year, where our characters remain completely unaware of each other's identities. They deliberately avoid trying to find out who the other person is, though curiosity will naturally grow over time. To preserve the mystery, neither character will share any obvious details, such as their actual names, houses, or anything that might reveal their true identity.

Your student may come across her in the act, curious as to what she's doing and take an interest in finding out alongside.

IDENTITY TALKS: lucky is slowly beginning to identify as bisexual. she's had a crush on a guy and one on someone who is nonbinary. she's figuring things out and i think it'd be really good for her if she had someone she could reach out to and talk about these kinds of things. i also think it'd be fun to give her more crushes (go ahead, break her heart! i dare you!)
