I noticed I wrote Laura's name wrong there so fixed that too.
Added a bit of detailed backstory for Pam between ages 4-9, given some more importance to the fact that she's also partly Indian. I've not rped with anything about her history or her past yet, so I auppose it should be ok?

Quinn’s parents were accused of leaking magical research to muggles. At the time the accuser was allowed to remain anonymous, claiming fear of retaliation from the Healy’s who had some, but not substantial, sway within certain parts of the Ministry. An investigation was already being conducted as alarms were raised when a muggle company unveiled a new product that seemed suspiciously magical in nature. Investigators pinpointed the leak to the specific committee that Quinn’s parents were on, and not long after apparent evidence surfaced pointing to them.
Upon hearing of the accusations and wanting his twin sisters to have some normalcy. Quinn made a formal request to return home to help in any way he could with his family’s new dilemma. With help and assurances from his grandparents, he got approval and spent most of his seventh year helping his parents deal with the fall out.
New evidence had come to light, and the actual culprit along with the how came to light. Most of the details of how were made confidential, but the end result was Quinns’ parents came out of it scarred, reputations significantly damaged but still allowed to work, though they were placed on a different research committee due to some important revelations and the fallout of it all.
It was a hard fought year, and some events that were a long time coming also happened that allowed for some healing on Quinn's end. Now he returns with a renewed fervor to graduate from Hogwarts and finally move on with things.

Since Nico hasn't been on site in years, we unfortunately can't verify their consent to this use of their family for a new action (giving signed approval, etc.), so if possible, please try to write them out of this. In order to give official approval to a plot involving investigation and allegations of this magnitude, we also need to know what happened/roughly what the accusations were, just for the sake of papertrailing this.
Approved Aug 1 (Lear)
This is pretty vague, because I have to say this - the person or people behind this would not be a blank check. If they are used in RP, before they are used, you will need to provide these details in the reindexing. I am going to approve your re-indexing for now so you can move up and on.

Character Name (First and last name): Jacob Harman
School Year or Adult Level: Seventh Year
House: Gryffindor

Reason for Reapplication: Changing backstory for adventure. (IC) The Harman Family holds many secrets, secrets that the main line of the family would like to stay buried, Jacob was chosen to be a sacrifice to the God of Blood and Bone, it is not known what the God is named. It is different, different than usual. It is something that the main family wanted to avoid those members of the family that wanted to be involved with the cult known as the Grim God Society. Richard Harman, in particular, he was different man from the rest of that side of the family. But a different side of the family would do ritual sacrifices. It was nothing new to have Richards side of the family to not involve themselves with the one whose different from their side of the family. And there is always one who has to be different, Jacob was one such case, it was he who was chosen to be a sacrifice to the God of Blood and Bone due to his blood being the key to him entering the mortal plane. He would find it difficult to avoid scores these Dark Magic Users in the cult in the months preceding his final year at Hogwarts. He hoped that they would go away. Oh, how very wrong he was. The side of the family that Richard and Jacob did not belong to, however, is in fact crazed, and does believes that Muggles are the scum of the earth. They believe themselves to be the last truly Pureblood family in all of the Wizarding World, and that is why they believe in this God, they believe that this God will allow them to justify killing millions of people to satisfy their own lust for power, and believe that this God would purge all those Muggle-Borns and Blood Traitors, but all of this is a fabrication. A lie within the entire branch of the family; and they believe that this gives them justification to kill and sacrifice anyone they want, and they believe that it was time that they purge this blight upon the entire family. But this will prove to be in their undoing. Eventually, something will have to give, and one branch of the family will eventually start a war with the other. In their religion, there is a prophecy speaking of a day when the Harman bloodline would be tainted by non-magical blood, that this being would spill the end of the bloodline as they knew it, and that this person would end the cult if he were allowed to persist. The god is believed to have powers over blood and bone and is the origin of magical blood as long as it remained pure according to the cultists, but this was not true. The Prophecy is not even true because it was not even remotely following the rules of Prophecy established by seers. Their entire belief system is based on a lie, and there is absolutely no truth in their entire belief system. It is believed by the Cultists that God of Blood and Bone powerful, and that it is something that is ancient and mysterious. His name is Bakull, the God of Blood and Bone, according to the Cultists. The Prophecy states as follows "When the bloodline has tainted, and when the Child grows. The day of reckoning is at hand." Anyone's blood they believe could work to summon the God of Blood and Bone, but Jacob would simply be at the wrong place at the wrong time, so it would be simple to call it a coincidence; it is something that their delusional thinking would never imagine, that there would be such a thing as luck and chance. That is something that they never understood. (OOC) Just to confirm that Jacob is a normal human and that the Prophecy that was mentioned is fake and has no relation to the actual story itself, so just so you know I struggled really hard with trying to find a way to fit this within the actual site lore in a way that feels real and tries to give us something that is meaningful to the actual site lore. These cult members are completely delusional and are bad people to be around, and the fact that these people are all part of the Harman family just goes to show how damaged the actual family is. Jacob would just be at the wrong place at the wrong time, so technically, anyone's blood could work in their deluded minds. But they would get Jacob because, in their minds, it would fulfill their prophecy that they had envisioned, and this would mean that there is no special blood that would summon him. There is no such thing as the God of Blood and Bone; they are so deluded that it defies any logical thought that would be in their heads. The family is split down the middle due to all of the conflict and the branch of the family that Jacob is not a part of was so "different" due to their marital practices, and because of this. They were disassociated from the main family branch, due to a hatred between the two starting members of each family branch. This is something that is there to this day. Which is why I said it will boil over.

STATUS: Pending, Samuel, 21st July 2025
ReducioWhile Jacob and other in-character individuals may remain unaware of the prophecy's contents, the Index Team requires full OOC disclosure of all details related to it. This is necessary to ensure your storyline aligns with site rules and established lore, and does not inadvertently cross into lore-breaking territory.
Additionally, please note that Jacob must remain an ordinary human. He may not possess any special bloodline or trait capable of summoning gods or similar supernatural phenomena.
That said, cult members and other IC figures are free to believe this delusion as part of the narrative, and you are welcome to proceed accordingly within those boundaries.
STATUS: Pending, Samuel, 26th July 2025ReducioBlood as a Gateway:
The justification for this god entering the mortal plane very much hinges on Jacob's blood being "special," but there's no explanation provided as to why that is the case.
This needs to be directly addressed. If you want the cult to believe his blood is special, that’s fine, but it must be reframed as a false belief and not canon truth.
You must confirm OOC that his character is a normal human, and the cult’s belief has no factual basis.
Cult Interactions Post–Hogwarts:
There's a line that mentions Jacob struggling to avoid cult contact in the months after his final year, but why now? What changed? He has existed for 17-18 years by this time and has lived away from Hogwarts during Summer vacations and other holidays.
If this is connected to the prophecy you added and removed, we need that clarified.
The Prophecy:
The prophecy seems to have been quietly removed from the write-up, yet we know it is/was originally central to the arc. If you no longer intends to use a prophecy, we will need that confirmed in writing. If the prophecy is still in play, we need full OOC disclosure on its contents. Simply omitting elements that weren't approved and continuing as if they still apply undermines the approval process and has the same impact as trying to sneak something through, which I'm sure was not your intention.
The Cult’s God:
We also need some OOC clarification on this god the cult worships. Even if it’s entirely delusional from their perspective, Index still needs a rough idea of the figure’s origin, the supposed extent of its power (as the cult believes it), and why or how the cult came to revere it. These details matter for consistency, especially if this deity drives any of their behavior or justifies their actions.

Reason for Reapplication: I've been inactive for a few months, leaving a long stretch of time in Stella's story that's unaccounted for. Just for the sake of ease OOC, I was wondering if that time could be filled in with the following plot. I have not written anything past November 2024 (IC) and this doesn't clash with any pre-existing threads/portrayals of Stella's character & development.
Stella struggled to adjust and make friends upon coming to Hogwarts; her increasing misery was picked up on by her family, quickly becoming a source of worry for them. During Christmas break, her parents chose to pull her out for the timebeing and homeschool her, a decision she fought but did not overturn. Over time, she understood it was the right decision, and was able to recover emotionally from those first few lonely months while still completing her first year of wizarding education via homeschool/tutors. Now in a much better place mentally, Stella convinced her parents to allow her to return to Hogwarts for her second year.

Reason for Reapplication: Inactivity of character due to busy schedule in the last year.
I would like to rejoin and be a part of roleplays again.
Laurie was not able to attend the graduation ceremony as she got an urgent owl from her aunt saying that her uncle was ill. He had suffered a major heart attack and was therefore very weak. His request was to see his beloved niece once again. After a long stressful two years, his situation improved, even though he was still not able to regain his activeness. Laurie returned back to Hogwarts, but two school years had ended. It was a tough time for her entire family, and her aunt felt extremely miserable for holding Laurie back from Hogwarts. However, to Laurie the health of her uncle mattered more than anything else in the world.

Character Name: Remedy Norden.
School Year or Adult Level: Third Year.
House: Slytherin.
Link to Encyclopedia: Link.
Reason for Reapplication: Name change to Remedy Norden-Alptraum.
Explanation: (This does contain some spoilers. TW - death/murder.)
ReducioOut of Character: I've spoken to @Prat Pass via DMs regarding a solo [Kenosis] containing death of Remedy's mother. The solo will breakdown why Remedy will soon move to Trier, Germany and transfer to Durmstrang under @Xailah Alptraum-Leveret's custody. It's incomplete as of yet due to time constraints, but consent has been given by all player characters involved in advance. I wanted to post this application to give better oversight to the "grand scheme" for the Index team. Any proof required of utilizing family dNPCs will have to be sent via DM and/or owl since minor profanity is included in the screenshots between Xailah, Avery, and myself.
In Character: After some time passed following the coup against Willard Leveret, resulting in his death by poison arranged by none other than the Nordens themselves, Willard's brother, Carolus Leveret, seeks his revenge against Avery's mother, Cadence at his brother-in-law's, Derrick Norden, gala.
In an attempt at a subtle assassination utilizing the Gluing Spell to close off airways and make for a quick escape, the spell doesn't meet its intended target. Instead of Cadence being the receiver, Remedy's mother, Hyacinth, finds herself at the wrong place wrong time. Between deprivation of oxygen and fatal head injury from her collapse, Hyacinth ultimately passes at the gala.
With Remedy's father's mourning, his inability to cope with the loss of his wife, and the fear of another targeted attack against the Nordens and Leverets, Remedy takes a new name of Remedy Alptraum [OOC will be Norden-Alptraum for identification] and is given to her cousin and cousin-in-law, Barrow Leveret and Xailah Alptraum-Leveret, custody for relocation.
Pending Aug 1 (Lear)
We just need a papertrail of approvals from the various player characters involved. Looks fine, crosses-eyes. Yes, there are names I might know there... Once we get their documented approval (here is probably best), I expect a pretty swift approval.
Approved Aug 2 (Lear)
Copied Xailah on the receipts in my DMs. Approved re-index based on what I know. Carry on!
