I just had a bunch of lobster show up at my house and now I'm panicking slightly cos I don't know how to cook lobster. What do I doooo with them

You Wanna boil em in hot water (my stove has it in temps like 6, 7, 8, I'd turn it to 8 in a large pot for best cooking) Then add your seasoning, Old bay is pretty good, if you have it. I would suggest some chili powder, salt duh, garlic and any other delicious and flavorful substance! (Thyme, Sage, Lemon/lime powderings or other sorts of flavor pair well!) And then for dipping sauces I would suggest melted butter and or lemon juice! It adds a kick that is incredible! The shells will stay on, peel them off as you eat them!
Pair it with potato, corn, shrimp, cod, or any other fish, and crawdads. It is a handful of work and quite a mess, but its so worth it!
Also, slurp out the juices from inside! They're so full of flavor, and really delicious!

It was not a joke! I woke up to the doorbell and some lady was like "My husband was talking to your husband and he mentioned he liked lobsters so uh, here we go!" and gave me a bunch. And I have no idea how to cook them or like how far she traveled to drop them off etc.
So thank you! I shall be using that today!

Hehe! It takes anywhere from 5 to 16 minutes (i believe- i may be wrong) And depending if they are alive or dead- it will be much easier if they are deceased- don't get pinched
