Just to kind of add on to this, to actually brew potions and own them as physical items (assuming that's what you're asking) you need to fill out the Potion Brewing Form and actually own the ingredients which are sent to the Game Master's account.

The goal is 2 weeks, we have internal systems for outreach a few days before then to nudge professors and assistants. the only time that this may be an exception is during the holidays (christmas/the new year) because of the concentration of holidays around this time but this is often announced.

Hi guys! Back with more questions as I want to be sure I understand this correctly.
First: how do moderated actions/posts work?

In moderated threads, yes. These are relevant because they get tied to your actions. For example, let's say you are adventuring with your friends and then a dark wizard attempts to blast you with an attack. We would be using your evasion stat plus a d20 roll to determine if you successfully avoided the attack.
In normal roleplays, they do not need to be used but many use them as reasonable guidelines. Ex. "my character is very strong, so strong that they can lift both your bag and their own" where yours might not be very strong (low strength stat) and struggle with their own bag. Your stats should be to an extent a reflection of your character.

No. iNPCs can only be from the international schools and from those respective regions. The only character of yours from Hogwarts would be your PC.
