Another question!! How does the parselmouth ability work for iNPC's? Mainly the third year snake pet. Does the iNPC get the pet snake?

And separately, do they also get access to the chamber of secrets?

There currently isn't a pet system for iNPCs, so they would not be able to have a pet snake.
I'm not sure about access to the chamber of secrets, I would assume so, but again, I'm not sure.

You do not get OOC access sadly, for iNPCs these are just "flavours" to enhance rp experience, and no pets either for now as no Pet system for iNPCs exist.

Just to clarify - you DO get a pet snake.

The pet snake wouldn't be on your profile since that's where your PC pet will go (it will probably go into the iNPC's Game Master Trunk) but you would get a pet snake, if eligible, yes and would be able to roleplay having that snake, yes. Details as to exactly how this will look are yet to be decided.

At present, you won't get access to the Chamber of Secrets since accesses are based on the PC, not the iNPC and it doesn't make sense ic either (i.e. an iNPC wouldn't even know about the Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets, let alone how to access it). I don't know if this will change in the future but right now, no access to CoS but you do get your pet snakes.

Hello, I'm quite confused with the iNPC's being able to have a special race/talent and I was wondering if an iNPC which is already approved, if they can have a special race/talent. I was also wondering if your now allowed to make more posts in your iNPC's ency, since I saw some people make extra posts after the trunk post

No, your iNPC, if already created, can only gain a special race/talent by either being turned into a werewolf or turned into a blood thrall (dhampir). Otherwise, if you want to choose another race/talent, then you have to make an entirely new character.

Now, yes, you can make more posts in your iNPC’s ency, if you wish, the ban on more posts in iNPC encyclopaedias has been lifted.
