RPs can be private or open. usually private RPs are organized by those participating through owls. You can find or apply for RP partners here and organize your own RP. Open RPs will be marked by [open] next to the title by the creator of the thread or you can click on the thread and see if they are interacting with someone or not (if they are they'll most likely mention [@] the person in question). Open RPs are a little tricky to find and unfortunatly there isn't a way to look for just open RPs. Under the quil on the top of your screen there should be a search option and from there you can type the word "open" and search, but it's not the most reliable since it'll probably pull up any post with the word open. however here are two open RPs that I plan on joining in the near future here and here. I found them just by scrolling through "unread". Basic site rules are here and that includes IC rules
