Character Backstory:ReducioEvpraksiya is the third born of Aleksandrina and Morozov Vinogradova. Born after her sisters Nadezhda and Tatiana, Evpraksiya was quite spoilt as the youngest child, acquiring gifts and compliments alike. She admired Nadezhda for her elegance and capability and was determined to be just like her when she grew up. She grew up tailing after Nadezhda, sitting on the velvet stool in the older girl's potions room and passing her small oddities of ingredients when the brunette asked. Tatiana had a few concerns about Nadezhda negatively influencing her and often distracted Evpraksiya with fights over the smallest things to get her away from Nadezhda and her mind off of other things.
However, Nadezhda moved away from St. Petersburg for a potions apprenticeship under a potions master when Evpraksiya was 6 and Tatiana was 16. This allowed the girls to grow closer without the constant fighting. However, as they grew older the parents couldn't be around all the time as the family winery business often drew away their parents and socialite events taking up another significant portion of their time. This often left Tatiana and Evpraksiya in the care of the staff at their manor. Their aunt, Snežana, was their primary caretaker and Tatiana wanted to be just like her, Evpraksiya however, desperately wanted their parents' attention back and noticed that when she accomplished something that exceeded their expectations, she noticed that they'd turn towards her again.
Thus sets the stage for the rest of her life.
Evpraksiya would regularly do her best to excel in music, particularly violin, as she noticed they would never miss any of her recitals. Her academics were still a priority yes, but in the small group of purebloods she was being taught with where each and every one of them excelled, she didn't shine the way she decided she needed to be to in order to catch her parent's attention. Every bit of piece of sheet music she could get her hands on was memorized and learned of. The histories behind the pieces became things that she could tell her parents when they came to dinner. She developed a particular interest in muggle music as she was fascinated with the contrasts and similarities between it and magical music.
At the age of 18, Tatiana graduated from Drumstrang and stayed in Russia as Evpraksiya (8 years old) and the parents moved to Britain to further their business connections. Since, as ancient as the family was, they were mainly localized in Russia's wizarding community, although they did work with a few niche squib-run distributors due to the nature of businesses wanting to expand profits and corner markets. It was also to this end that they decided to move to Britain, London. The business capital of Britain.
From there on, Evpraksiya was taken to galas and balls to socialize with other pureblood children and got to spend more time with her parents, making new connections and honing her musical skill until her letter from Hogwarts arrived.
First Instance of Magic:
ReducioEvpraksiya’s first instance of accidental magic was after her first violin performance during a Yuletide pureblood ball at the age of 9 years old. During the last scale in her performance, she was so euphoric that her magic created the illusion of music notes peeling off her violin and floating around her for a few moments before disappearing when her performance finished. Her family was incredibly proud of her afterward, Tatiana even elbowing people aside to give Evpraksiya a bear hug.
ReducioEvpraksiya stood in the corner of the ballroom, her pale hand gripping the polished wood of her violin and her other holding her bow in rest position. She'd made sure to tune it beforehand and even asked Nadezhda to check it for her! Since the eldest and middle sisters floo'ed in to celebrate Yuletide with the family. The youngest Vinogradova wore a seemingly simple dress of white that flowed like water around her, the intricate lacework catching the light as she moved. Her light hair was elegantly pinned up with a jeweled hairpin instead of her signature ribbon, and her carefully made-up face wore a serene expression, even as her heart raced with nerves excitement! The whispers of the crowd buzzed around her and each syllable felt like an echo of the expectations she carried on her shoulders.
Evpraksiya wasn't stupid, she knew that her family name was the only reason she was performing the opening song so she had to try really hard not to mess up! Her entire family was here too she had to be extra extra extra careful!
As the spotlight shifted toward her, the audience quietly stopped their speaking. And with a graceful nod, Evpraksiya stepped forward, a wave of goosebumps sweeping over her and sending shivers down her spine. She lifted her violin to her shoulder and began drawing the bow across the strings. The first notes emerged a haunting melody that wrapped around the room like a gentle caress, a celebration of the winter solstice.
The girl closed her eyes and lost herself in the music, the ingrained muscle memory giving her the little allowance and the hypnotic cadence pulling her deeper into her little world. Each note rang clear and clean, no bleed-through with the other strings.
Near the end of her performance, something looked up within her- a surge of energy, an instinctive response to the joy in the moment. Unbeknownst to Evpraksiya, her magic began to create small illusionary music notes that bobbed around her for a few scant moments as she played her final scale, disappearing quietly once the crescendo crashed down and the audience began clapping
This, Evpraksiya decided, cracking open her eyes and seeing her family smiling back at her, Tatiana already breaking decorum and elbowing someone aside to run towards her and lift her up in a big warm hug, was perfect.
- Your character's date of birth is missing from their profile. We need you to please state a birthdate for your character between September 2012 to August 2013.STATUS: Pending - Maya, 18 Sept
- Your trunk in your character's encyclopedia needs to be free of potions and spells. Once approved, you need to add them using the Encyclopedia Update Form. Please remove any spells or potions from your trunk.
- Why was Lidochka the only one who moved away from Saint Petersburg to further their education at 6 years old? Where did they go? Your character and their family are all Pure-Bloods. This means that they are either homeschooled or tutored one-on-one or in a small pod of Pure-Bloods. Wherever she went does not sound like it would be canon to being a Pure-Blood.
- There are Pure-Blood inconsistencies. Pure-Bloods are primarily in the Wizarding World and they do not have any muggle influence (unless there's a really good reason for this. With this said, your character would not be influenced with muggle music such as Bach or Rimsky-Korsakov. Please remove this and any other muggle influences your character has.
- We need the age of when your character moved to London from Russia. It needs to be PRIOR to 11 years old (and PRIOR to your character's first instance of accidental magic).
- Your character cannot experience their first instance of accidental magic at the age of 11 years old. It must be PRIOR to 11 years old.
- First instance of accidental magic needs to be edited so that it does not have muggle influences either such as having a recital at London's Royal Albert Hall, which would be in front of other muggles. Also, when did Evpraksiya learn violin? This talent came out of nowhere and is not featured in your character's biography. In addition, wouldn't the father, a Pure-Blood, just fix the instrument with magic? Just a thought to continue being consistent with Pure-Blood expectations.

Character Backstory:ReducioMichael Sikorski was born in Lockington, England, the only and wanted child. He spent his childhood in a small magical household full of love. His father was a half-blood, and his mother was Muggle-born, and they gave as much love and knowledge as any parents could give to a son. They had hired private tutors for Michael from an early age to learn reading, writing, and mathematics so he may be well-rounded in childhood. Growing up like this made him spend most time of the day at home. Because of that Michael started to love hanging around exploring the countryside of Lockington. He was always around magic and regular plants, and this helped him realize his love for nature. Such curiosity developed an interest in collecting species and learning about their properties. At home, Puffskeins were to be found around Michael pretty much always, and he adored the fluffy magical creatures. These creatures could make him happy even on a bad day. His father worked in Magical Law and made sure Michael grew up with a proper sense of discipline and responsibility, his mother, on the other hand, allowed his imagination to grow up with stories and her vast collection of books. His father taught him many magic games, which he used to love when he was young, and Michael took this love too. Included among his favorites were Exploding Snap, Wizard Chess, and Quidditch, and he was very competitive at all of them. Even with his passion for games, he tried to balance his love of games with lessons, and he did his best to be the best in whatever he did.
First Instance of Magic:ReducioWhen he was 7, Michael played hide-and-seek in Lockington forests, wanting to hide behind a thick tree. His heart was pounding with fear as the seeker was approaching. He was in a state of panic when the footsteps got louder.
In one second, he was completely wrapped by the leaves and branches. Seeker strode along, passing by the tree, looking right at it, yet having no idea Michael was hidden inches away from his face.
Dazed yet relieved, Michael watched his friend go away, back to its normal position. Later, when he told his parents, they said it was his first act of magic. They were proud, but he felt embarrassed as if excitement caused it.

ReducioTroy never had an easy life, especially because of his leg. He would have to endure so much bullying when he was a kid. The amount of kids who were insensitive enough to make jokes about his leg and treat it like a toy was well, insane. He usually just ate up these insults, if you could even call them that. But one day, he kind of just snapped. He was 9, It was a sunny bright Monday morning. He had just woken up, had breakfast in bed and prepared for school. Today was the annual art contest, the theme: greenery. He usually won these types of contests, but he still did his best. His long-time butler, Fred walked into his room. Fred was a thin man with sleek black hair and a perfect mustache. He’s usually wearing a suit as a butler. “Sir Troy, Mr. Al with the Rolls Royce is ready for you to leave for class. Today is your art contest I believe? Don’t forget your canvas Sir.” Fred said as he picked up Troy’s school bag. “Yeah I wont, could you take my bag to the car? I’ll handle the canvas when I’m done strappin on” Troy said patting his trusty prosthetic leg. “Very well Sir, I’ll await you at the main door.” Fred said leaving Troy’s room. Shortly after grabbing his name tag, Troy walked out of his room, said bye to his mum and dad, down the stairs and into the car. It was a short 20 minute drive, he thanked his chauffeur, got out and walked onto school grounds. The day, as usual was easy for him. He was excited when lunch ended, Art class. One by one students presented their artworks ( he couldn't recognize HALF of them.. ) when it got to his, there was "ooooo"s all around the class. He couldn't help but smile. He was pronounced the winner after a short voting. A student named Mark, a beefy boy walked up to him. "Nice painting" he said with a twisted smile. Suspicious, Troy answered "Thank you.. worked too long on it." Mark's grin grew larger. "Who’d you pay ter make it? Musve gotten a lot for it" Troy stayed silent. His temper is predictable, however if he's pushed enough he'll crack. Laughing, Mark taunted back "Little T wants to make us think hes an artist innit?? Nun o’ this is foolin anyone! You didnt make it, because yer dont hav enough talent!" his laugh echoed around the empty classroom. He was very close to loosing his temper. He jumped into the car and was silent the entire ride home. Fred opened the door for him, "How was school today? Would you like a snack?" he asked in a polite voice. "Uh it was fine, I'm not hungry right now" Troy said running up the stairs nearly tripping. He was still fuming. He did what he always did when he was mad, painted. He sat down in front of his canvas, he was finishing a painting of a car, he was shadowing the car. "Darn it I can't find the right shade!" he said usually he was able to eye it. Multiple attempts later, it was getting annoying. Now it was too dark! Angry from earlier today, and now this annoying piece of work! He thrusted his fist slam into the middle of the painting of the Mercedes GT, leaving a gaping hole. His hand now had flecks of undried paint from the canvas. "UGH!" he kicked it away. He sat on his bed, trying to calm himself. he looked in the mirror, for a second all of his anger disappeared. His eyes were.. red?- That wasn't possible. He walked in front of the mirror. He blinked. Holy crap, they were real! "I gotta tell mum and dad!" He ran to their room, “MUM, DAD! MY EYES! THEY WERE JUST RED” His eyes were now going back to their usual dark brown. That was new and unexpected.. He noticed it now, but how many times had it happened where he hadn't looked into a mirror? They smiled at him. “What?!” He shouted, now slightly afraid. “Dear.. we’ve known since you were 2! Watched your hair turn a little bit brown sometimes, and when you cried, your nose sometimes got a little sharper. We just well, withheld this so you didn’t go around school telling people about it.” He was shocked. You only told me now?- he thought. His mom brought him to the home library and opened a book, and explained that he was a metamorphagus. Safe to say it was an interesting afternoonCharacter Backstory:Reduciowas a pure Chinese muggle, part of a very powerful family. The 林’s ( Lín, the western version being Lim ) are a well known mafia family. Focused on family, culture, power and wealth. In China they are known to be 林会堂 ( LínHuìTáng, Lin Syndicates ) one of the most feared families in the country. Known for having mountains of connections and a large family tree, they have a powerful deck of cards. Controlling large scale smuggling operations between countries, smuggling things as big as millions of yen worth of cars. Series of real and fake business to aid money laundering and to cleanly earn, business like hotels, shopping malls. Even overwhelming political influence, often bribing officials and bending the rules to their favor.
Currently situated Beijing, China where Tony finished college with a degree on automotive engineering and business management. He was a good man, born into an powerful, not so good family, he expressed his wishes to his father to move away, instead of helping with the family business ( He had 7 more siblings already aiding the syndicate ). His father, was not happy about this, however he agreed. Even offering Tony large amounts of money to help him start off in his new life. However he declined, saying that he wants to make clean money, out of his own blood sweat and tears. He wanted to have kids who weren’t in the influence of such power. Using his allowance, he moved to the Philippines, a warmer smaller country, where he started off as a car retailer. Slowly he began working on large imports into the small country opening dealerships. Work was his go to, he loved it, as pastime on weekends he practiced swimming and tennis. But there was something missing.
He was sitting in a cafe one Wednesday morning, when a girl approached him, around his age. Her hair was long and sleek, its dark ends slightly brown curled, her deep brown eyes matched, She was simply beautiful. Tony was simply stunned by her beauty, and they started chatting. Her name was Andrea Tan, a loving woman who values relationships over everything. Belonging to a large wealthy family herself, she was playing a key role in their business taught by her muggle mother. They specialized in creating shopping centers and malls. Most of her family were wizards who married muggles. The long line of wizards and witches were either Ravenclaw or Slytherin. She was independent, knowing how to take care of herself and overall being a strong woman. She was in charge of everything related to restaurants and department stores in the company while the rest of the family had their shares.
Both of the lovebirds hit off pretty quick, she chucked when he struggled to speak english ( having just moved there less than 4 months ago ). Eventually they started dating. She started helping him in his business ( since she was Chinese-filipino she could help translate local language ) It was true love. They got happily married 3 years later. Together they went through many challenges, ( including finding out she was a witch which was a nasty shock ) and she was there to see the success he had achieved. So well in fact, he had decided to move to Europe to expand. Starting off in Great Britain, before expanding to more parts of Europe. So did Andrea, expanding the family business abroad. His name well known for being one of the most well known car retailers in Europe. While hers being a well known shopping mall company.
Both of their success quickly led to riches which provided their two children a lavish lifestyle. Troy was born together with his twin Tiffany. However there was one very obvious difference, he did not have a right leg. It came as a shock to his parents. However they have accepted it and was always by his side. Troy grew up with a prosthetic leg, which was sometimes difficult. But he enjoyed the discounts in fast food restaurants. Culture was a very big part of his family, mostly practicing Chinese. He and his sister had taken lessons on how to speak Filipino, Chinese and Fookien as early as when he could start saying full sentences. His home language was usually a mix between the 3, however in public, he speaks fluent english. He promised to himself not to put himself in such a situation if he had a choice, 4 were more than enough. An instrument was also needed to be learnt. Troy chose the violin and the piano, while Tiffany leant how to guitar and play drums. ( Mother was more accepting of Troy’s choice. They both practiced since they were young, growing up to be skilled players.
Despite being twins, Tiffany and Troy were very different. Troy enjoyed all things automotive just like his father, his paintings usually centered around cars and famous races. His large room inside the Lim Manor was always tidy and organized. Everything was always in place, Troy has a little bit of OCD. But one corner would always be covered in black tarps where his painting was usually done. There, it was messy. The black tarps covered in paint, and empty paint cans scattered on the floor beside multiple canvases.
Tiffany on the other hand instead of creating art, had a passion of admireing it. She had an avid love for all things photography, usually handing around the backyard photographing their dog, and sometimes her father’s car collection. By 10 she had multiple cameras, and was learning how to make miniatures. She was a creative little girl who was always energetic in every situation. Both siblings had a strong bond with each other. They would spend weekends playing and having fun.
Troy grew up making lots of friends, being chatty and all. But many "friends" were interested only in his family's wealth. Who could’ve known 8 year old kids knew how to be fake friends? His old best friend, Alejandro, was among them. Despite the countless good memories they made together, Troy saw that Alejandro and the rest of his friends were more interested with what they could leech off of. ( Gifts, money and food given by his parents, the more of it if they were close to him. ) Troy trusted them, but they were only leeching of him. When Troy turned 10, the harsh realization set in. Slowly, his "friends" revealed their true dark colors. Leaving him alone and hurts. He was heartbroken.
The poor boy was in denial, convinced it was his fault, that he did something wrong though he knew deep inside it wasn't. Troy had always admired loyalty. But now everything seemed fake. Everyone seemed fake. Everyone except family. This left a profound impact on himself, new peers that he would meet, he would always be suspicious of their end goal. He didn’t want history to repeat itself. It was a horrible ordeal he always ran away from. He became more introverted, avoiding social gatherings if he could help it. Birthday parties sucked, it wasn’t a celebration for him, but more of a reminder. It always left him teary seeing that it was just Tiffanys friends there. It left a scar, that hurt like a fresh wound.First Instance of Magic:ReducioTroy's first instance of magic was while he was bringing up large amounts of paint at the age of 9. He was painting a large canvas, needing large amounts of orange paint. He walked up the grand staircase with the heavy bucket. A small mis-step caused his hands to slip his hands lost grip on the bucket. It tumbled down the stairs with a loud "CLANG!" its lid splitting open, releasing its contents spilling out. Orange paint covered the walls. "Father's going to kill me!" He closed his eyes, how could he have been so dumb? This can't be real! He thought. Opening them, it was as if it wasn't. The bucket was no longer tipped on its side at the bottom of the staircase. All the orange paint had seemingly disappeared. He saw the bucket neatly placed at the end of the staircase upright, as if he hadn't gone up the stairs and as if he had just set it down. How peculiar! He thought he was mad! He didn’t understand what it meant. He kept this from his parents for weeks, fearing they'd send him to a mental asylum. Of course he told Tiff, and made her promise to not tell her parents. Why did he trust her with that? He had no clue, it was out to his parents within the day. Much to Troy's surprise were thrilled. ( Of course after a thorough scolding about doing things on his own "We have a butler! Just ask them to help you!" mother had said )

- From our metamorphagus lore:Troy's metamorphagus ability would manifest long before he was truly cognizant of it, and as such the possibility of being able to hide it from his parents or for them not to notice is almost non-existent. Please update your application to reflect this."There is little use in denying the metamorph gene as it manifests from a very young age. Usually the first hints appear when the metamorphmagus is a newborn and at the latest these traits show when the person is a toddler."
- While not a required change, this is a suggestion: if you as a writer don't live with the disability that you are portraying, please be mindful of the language that you use to have NPC's talk about it. While the discrimination and harsh language Troy faces might be realistic, it may be disheartening for other writers living with similar disabilities to have to see it written about with such vitriol.

A couple more things to fix:
- Your first instance of magic should be included in your encyclopedia page as well so that all of the important information from here is also there.
- Your trunk has font below size 100 so we can't approve this. Please refer to the trunk coding rules here.
- Your trunk should contain your character's statistics.

Alexander was born into a pureblood family. His father, James Knights, and mother, Amelia Knights, were both graduates of Slytherin house. Both families had majority Slytherin so it was well known Alexander would be going to Slytherin as well. Both families were also very wealthy as most pureblood families are. His father is now head of the house.
Growing up he lived in his family's main estate with 3 house elves, his mother and his father. He would often take walks in the garden and at first tried to befriend the animals. His first few years of life were uneventful. After his fourth birthday he began attacking his pureblood training. This taught him everything he needed to know about wizard society as well as several talents and ways to pass time.
As Alex did not show any signs of magic until he was ten his family often worried if he was a squib or not. Turns out Alex just didn't have any reason to use his magic yet. He would often wander through the gardens looking for small animals he could befriend.
Alexander would often visit his cousin Kyle. they would go exploring in the muggle town that Kyle lived in with his mother and father. At first their wanderings stayed to Kyles neighborhood but it eventually spanned further after they both turned seven. They started to regularly attend the library. One of the first few times they ventured to the library Kyle had his other cousin emery meet them there in the kids section. After a year Alexander started sneaking out to visit Kyle and Emery in the library. The house elves caught him in the act as one was in charge of watching him when his parents were otherwise occupied. He proceeded to blackmail the elf into cooperating so that he could leave without having to worry about his parents too much. The trio became inseparable when they were around one another.
At ten Alexander's mother and father became aware of his wanderings into town. They banned him from returning or talking to his cousin or Emery. At this point Alex knew a little about muggle things such as books, music, and general culture from listening to his friends talk. Granted he did not understand the majority of it. He knew of electricity and technology and how to google things, but he couldn't explain how any of it worked.
After Alex's muggle town ban he remained at home unless going out with his parents where he read many books from the family library. He also continued his pureblood teachings where he learned to play wizard's chess, learnt strategies about dueling, and perfected his writing.

First Instance of Magic:

His first instance of magic was when he was ten. His foot got caught on the window sill of his third story bedroom as he was trying to sneak out to see his friends. He fell from the window and about three feet from the ground stopped then slowly landed. In his excitement he told his parents who were very displeased that he was sneaking out to visit muggles and banned him from seeing them. They used the house elf to enforce this. A different house elf than the one they had originally had watching him.

-The background provided here and the one in your encyclopedia should be the same. Please make sure these two match.
-Purebloods have no understanding of muggles and their technology. There is a whole course to teach wizards/witches about muggles and even then this does not necessarily prepare them to interact with that world. Please consider Arthur Weasley, who loved the muggle world but struggled with even the simplest tasks to fit in. Please modify your history to remove mention of learning about the muggle world and having muggle friends.

Macailins live in a village in county Carlow, Ireland. They belong to the lower middle class, though Lisa herself is not really aware of it. Elisabeth, or Lisa as she prefers to be called has two younger siblings - a brother and a sister, and both of her parents are magical. Her mother supplies local apothecaries with her plants while her father is a low ranking official at the Ministry of Magic in the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes. They live in a cozy house and own a garden filled with magical and Muggle plants alike as well as a chicken coop. She was home schooled as is common for magical children prior to Hogwarts and most of her friends are Muggle children that she knows from her village and study groups. Because of that she's not at all used to the classroom environment, preferring a more practical approach to learning. Since young age, her parents involved her in everything happening around the house - all the chores inside and outside of it, so she will go to her new school able to handle plants and animals better than many other children. As Lisa is the first one of her siblings to go to Hogwarts, she's at the same time excited and a bit anxious to be away from home for the first time.

It happened a few days after her sixth birthday when she accidentally broke a toy she received from her favourite cousin who came all the way from Nepal to see her. She cried incessantly in her room terrified of telling her parents, and when they finally came alerted by the sound and she calmed enough to explain, the toy has fixed itself.

Character Backstory:ReducioAccalia had a peaceful, if quiet, childhood. Although her family is pure-blooded, they chose to distance themselves from the social circles and drama typically associated with other pure-blood families, preferring instead to keep to their close-knit group of friends. Her father works a mundane middle-management job at the Ministry of Magic, while her mother spends her time on adventurous archaeological expeditions.
Accalia is also the protective older sister of twin younger brothers both 8, always watching out for them.
Her parents when attending school were in the Hufflepuff house and Ravenclaw, respectfully, while her dad's best friend and her godfather/uncle was in Slytherin, she has been taught that each house has elements that can be respected and to not be too bogged down in house stereotypes or animosity.
They live in a comfortably sized home nestled in a forest clearing atop a hill in the Dunkeld region of Scotland.
Her home is secluded and surrounded by nature, offering privacy and tranquility and in order to protect their magical lifestyle, the home is shielded by a powerful enchantment that disguises it as a simple cave to any passing Muggles, ensuring their family remains undisturbed.
The location allows Accalia to explore the nearby woods and encounter the magical creatures that roam the area, a bonding exercise she engages in with her parents that has led to her deep love for all creatures.
Her father, Henri Avalon, is a towering figure at 6'7", with silvery blonde hair that contrasts his striking blue eyes, eyes that Accalia inherited. Stocky and well-built from the family’s rigorous physical training, he cuts an imposing figure, but his large bristly beard, which Accalia playfully imagines might house pixies or sprites, adds a touch of gentle whimsy to his appearance.
His deep, booming voice, which Accalia swears carries its own echo, is a signature of his presence, a sound that fills their home with both authority and warmth, to Accalia, that voice is as much a symbol of security as it is of love.
Her mother, Remira, is Accalia’s hero.
With her radiant amber hair and freckled skin, she seems to light up the world with every step.
Slender with a dancer's figure, Remira's skin has taken on a warm tan from countless hours spent outdoors on her archaeological adventures, where she unearths hidden relics.
She is known for her half-moon spectacles, behind which her emerald eyes gleam with mischief, curiosity and wisdom and she is rarely if ever seen without her signature flat-top hat, which adds to her overall charm.
Though her work often takes her far from home, whenever Remira returns Accalia eagerly fetches her brothers and they gather around to hear her mother’s thrilling stories of distant lands and ancient discoveries.
Remira's strength, grace, and adventurous spirit make her a guiding light in Accalia's life, embodying everything she admires and hopes to become.
Her parents share a deep, enduring love, two souls bound eternally, something Accalia admires deeply and one day hopes to obtain of her own.
Her younger brothers Dale and Teddy are near identical, though taking on opposite traits of their parents to Accalia, picking up their fathers hair and mothers eyes, they often can be found playing with sticks or harassing the families dog a young Mastiff by the name of Dingo.
She has one blood uncle, two uncles who are best friends to her father and three blood aunts, having around thirteen cousins.
She is looking forward to making new friends at school, developing further and finding what mischief she may fall into.
First Instance of Magic:ReducioAccalia's first display of magic was neither grand nor dramatic, but it revealed her innate protective nature.
When she was nearly four years old, her mother was changing her younger brothers when Teddy slipped from the baby-changing bench.
Accalia had been running around her mothers feet when Teddy began to fall, flinching in fear and concern for her brother, already picturing his cries when he would hit the ground, her body feeling rigid and stiff for the first time in her life when her powers activated, with just her eyes watching her baby brother fall Teddy found himself stopped in mid air, a soft air cushion cradling him gently as he floated with enough time for her to walk over, scoop him up and hold him close to her, comforting the crying tot.

- the title of your encyclopedia needs to be "Character Name | First Year | House", not just the character name
- missing house, age, school year, and species (even if it's just Human) as compulsory information in your encyclopedia
- Obnoxiously Strong is a special ability, not special race or talent. Please remove it from this application, your trunk, and add 5 stat points wherever you wish, assuming you will remain Human. It will be added to your trunk when your Ability Application is approved
- your first instance of magic is intentional as Accalia wanted to save her brother from falling. First instances of magic need to be accidental, meaning Accalia is not willing anything to happen so that her brother is safe
- additionally, your first instance of magic does not match the one in your encyclopedia. They must be exact copies of each other
- coloured text is not allowed in trunks, so please remove it

Thank you for all of the edits. We're getting on the right track with the FIOM, but due to Accalia not being in the room when it happened, it could be interpreted as her parent saving her brother rather than Accalia's own doing. Further guidance on what makes a 'good' first instance of magic can be found here: Character Creation Assistance

Reducio
This story doesn't start with a random attack, it wasn't an accident, nor did Three Fang forget the potion that night. But what this writer knows and what little Meyra knows are not quite the same. There are still many pieces of this story that the young Gryffindor will still have to find out, but this is how everything started:
Moray McCoire (Colin's uncle, brother of Colin's father) met Harumi when they were both students. Moray studied at Hogwarts, and was a member of Slytherin house. Harumi studied at the japanese wizarding school, Mahoutokoro. They met in one of the many international events hosted by the Scottish school of magic. After a troubled first meeting and many exchanges of letters, the two of them fell in love with each other and that's how their story begins.
Harumi Mochizuki is the second daughter of the ancient and proud Mochizuki family. Daughter of Haruto and Megumi Mochizuki. Harumi has four brothers, one of them being the late Saburo Mochizuki, father of Jun Mochizuki, Meyra's cousin, who will also begin her studies at Hogwarts this year. Mochizuki is a well-known and respected Japanese family, being one of the oldest and most prestigious families, they are also known for their wealth and honored history. Harumi was the only one of her siblings who didn’t have an arranged marriage out of convenience, instead, her relationship with Meyra’s father was born out of love.
The decision of starting a life together was seen as a challenge though, a break with traditions, and was met with some resistance from the elders of the Mochizuki family, especially after Moray was bitten by a werewolf during the Second Wizarding War when he fought alongside his brothers against the arising dark forces. But after some time, after building some bridges again, the union between Harumi and Moray McCoire was accepted by both families. The fact that Moray was also a member of a pure-blood family facilitated the couple's acceptance and inclusion in the Mochizuki family tree, even if their marriage never had the chance to become official. But Harumi and Moray's happy ending would suddenly change, as the world transformed back into a darker place.
After finishing their studies, the young couple went to live in Dumfries and Galloway, in a region surrounded by the sea and a vast forest full of wildlife and natural wonders. They owned and worked at a local Inn, they named it “Full Moon” in honor of Harumi’s family name and Moray’s wolf. Even though it wasn't the couple's intention at first, the small Inn became a meeting place for others who shared Moray's lycanthropy, as it felt like a safe place, a place to find comfort among peers, where everyone was respected and not frowned upon and feared.
Little by little, the small inn grew and soon those walls were not enough to embrace everyone who was looking for a sanctuary, a place of peace and understanding. Thus, from a small inn, the place turned into a small village, and from a small village it became a true home for many families seeking a dignified life. Under various enchantments that would prevent them from being found by unwanted, muggle eyes, the Full Moon Wolves prospered and became a community, where everyone would assume their role as an essential part of the well-being of all the inhabitants of the small village. Moray and Harumi assumed the role of their leaders, the McCoire named as the alpha of their pack of wolves.
The Mochizuki-McCoire family lived happily for a few years in their small community, their happiness only increased when Harumi discovered that she was pregnant with their first child. But this blessing would be accompanied by ominous news. As the place prospered, some envious eyes started to look at the Full Moon Wolves community, and ambitious minds started to instigate some chaos and disorder. Driven by the idea of gaining power and control over the community's resources, some individuals attempted to begin manipulating a small faction of the pack, instilling prejudices against Moray's decision to allow Muggles to live among them by marrying into the community. As punishment, for promoting violence and disorder, they were expelled from the Sanctuary.
It didn't take long for the expelled werewolves to return with threats and a new pack behind them. But with an impending attack from another pack of werewolves, Moray and Harumi decided that it was best for her to leave the community, so she would be able to protect herself and their unborn child. So Harumi left one night, hoping that the threat would end soon, so that she could return to her community and her partner, whom she dearly loved and cared for. But that night seemed endless as the threat that was born never ended up completely dying.
Thus, as the years passed, Moray turned into a darker corner of his soul, preferring his isolation at living with the fear that something could go wrong and endanger Harumi and his daughter. So Harumi was left alone with a newborn girl, whom she named Meyra Mochizuki, leaving the name and identity of the girl's father a secret. Partly, the reason for this, was out of spite, as Harumi felt abandoned despite all the possible reasons for Moray's decision to keep his distance. But the main reason was because Harumi wanted to keep her daughter protected and away from harm.
Later, when Mey was two years old, Harumi met Rodney Lancaster, a pureblood wizard that worked as an auror for the British Ministry of Magic. They met at Harumi’s tea shop, and they slowly fell in love. Again, Harumi was breaking through her family’s ethics and traditions, but she got married with Rodney, and from that marriage, Hoshi Lancaster was born in 2020.
Because of Harumi's decision of keeping Moray's identity a secret to their daughter, Meyra never met her real father, Moray McCoire. She doesn't know who he is and just heard brief mentions of him. Not enough to know his name and where he is, but enough to know that talking about him was a difficult subject for her mother, so Meyra always refrained from making questions. For the young girl he was a complete stranger and for her, her real father was Rodney Lancaster. Even if she felt curious sometimes in finding more about her biological father’s bloodline, her curiosity would never suppress the love she felt for her family.
The Mochizuki-Lancaster is a happy family. Meyra grew up surrounded by love, Rodney is a kind man and always cared for the young girl as if she was his own daughter, he adopted her, giving her his surname, Lancaster, when he married Harumi. Rodney also came from a very traditional and ancient pureblood family. The Lancasters for many generations have been respected among the wizarding high society. He was the son of Koen Lancaster and Karina Voltrouz, great-uncle and great-aunt of Raizel Voltrouz. Even though they share a family, Meyra and Raizel have not yet met thanks to family disagreements. Though they have already heard about each other.
After years of peace, when Harumi began to forget her previous life, being married with Rodney and their happy family, it was again, during a full moon night, that Meyra's life changed drastically again. When the silent threat was heard again, now, in a location very close to Moray's little girl...

Reducio
Meyra looked up at the night sky, endless darkness dotted with light. The full moon was starting to shine brightly taking its rightful place, waiting for the right moment to fulfil its purpose on the curse that Meyra was now forced to face. This saddened her, to now have such conflictual feelings towards the night lady. Mey has always enjoyed her time looking at the moon from her bedroom’s window, it used to lullaby her to sleep, to serve as a calming light and muse to some of her dreams. Now, instead of dreams, it always appeared in her worst nightmares.
She was at her family's barn, that had been transformed into the cosiest place possible to accommodate Meyra's new reality. She was sitting on the old, slightly worn leather sofa. It was not much, but soon, she wouldn’t be able to sit quietly on it anyway. With a sketchbook on her lap and a pencil in her hand, Meyra looked at the empty white page, her mind taking her to a different place and time...
------
It started out as a perfect day, her family had just come from Japan and Meyra was beaming with happiness at finally being able to see and play with her cousin. When her aunt Reina, uncle Saburo and Jun arrived, Mey immediately ran towards them and pulled her cousin into a tight embrace, “Kai itakatta yo!” missed you. They spend most of the following time playing in the backyard, talking about all the books they had read and their favourite characters. Meyra showed Jun a new song she had been writing, something she would only share with her. Time passed running, soon, the sun was setting, bathing the trees and gardens in an orange hue.
Meyra was laughing at something Jun said, but they were suddenly interrupted by a flash of light and a figure of a man showing up in front of the garden’s gate. Upon seeing him, Harumi stood up from the place she had been watching over her kids and niece. She looked startled and concerned. “Harumi…” The man began with a low, heavy tone of voice, slowly shaking his head with distress and apologetic eyes. Harumi's demeanour changed from concern, to despair, to iron determination and resolution. She turned to the girls and told them in a commanding voice to go to Meyra’s room with Hoshi. “But mum we…” Meyra started to protest, but Harumi gave her a look that was more than enough to silence the girl and make her do as she was told. So, holding her younger brother's hand, and after exchanging a brief look with Jun they hurriedly headed towards the house.
As soon as they entered the house, Saburo and Reina immediately noticed that something wasn’t right. Meyra’s uncle exchanged a look with his sister and knew that the situation was serious, “They found us.” Harumi flatly said to her brother and he understood what needed to be done. The children followed Saburo to Meyra's bedroom, while her mother and Reina stood behind with the mysterious man. “I’ll call Rodney…” Mey still heard her mother say, before they were too far to catch any sound from their tight conversation. She walked silently, feeling her stomach turn with anticipation and worry. Despite her uncle’s calming words, she knew that the situation was delicate, she could see it in her mother’s face as soon as Harumi’s dark eyes fell on that platinum-blonde haired man. Her mother is not one to be easily scared…
When they reached Meyra’s room, Saburo gave a hug to both girls and Hoshi, telling them once again to stay calm and that everything would soon be alright, that he would stay by the door so they wouldn’t need to be afraid. Meyra saw her uncle close the door and she immediately felt the lack of his reassuring presence. Mey looked at Jun, instinctively making sure that she was not alone and that they had each other. When she turned to her little brother, she remembered that it was her duty to take care of Hoshi, and that she would do her best to protect him. “Hey, you heard uncle Saburo, everything is going to be okay! Dad is also coming to help. You don’t need to feel scared.” She calmly said to her brother while crouching in front of him with one hand resting on his small shoulder. Hoshi looked at her with pleading eyes, "I want to play outside with mommy!". “I know,” Mey told him with patience as she looked around, trying to find a way to distract him.
Her room was a complete mess, with painting supplies and random pages full of notes and writings scattered all over the place. “Do you want to make a draw? We can do it together?” Mey kindly ask him. “Can I paint with your new coloured pencils? Those that daddy bought you yesterday?” He asked full of hope. “I…” Mey hesitated, immediately regretting her idea. He saw her pause and was preparing to return to his tantrum, so Mey resigned herself to defeat, “Yes Hoshi, you can use them.” She said with a heavy sigh, already imagining it all destroyed by the end of the day.
Mey pulled the heavy curtains closed, gathered the painting supplies and joined her cousin and brother hiding under her bed. They spent some time drawing and talking in whispers, Mey having from time to time to shush her brother who constantly forgot that he couldn't make any loud sound. After a while, the young girl was starting to feel frustrated at having to stay there quietly with her brother who was starting to feel restless and she was running out of ideas to keep him entertained.
Jun got up from their hiding place and walked to the door to talk with her father through the keyhole. By then, Hoshi had finally given up and fell asleep. Mey was lying down on her back, looking at her bed frame trying to listen to what was happening outside her room. But the sounds were muffled and she couldn’t make a sense of it all, instead, she kept her attention towards her cousin and uncle’s conversation. She heard him say that they were casting protective spells around the house. That the mysterious man was a friend of the family and again…they didn’t need to worry. Mey heard it, and she knew it was a kind lie. The man was possibly a friend, but they do needed to worry, protective spells means there’s danger coming. She felt anxious again and a heightened sense of awareness.
And just like that, the world suddenly turned upside down into a state of complete chaos. First, Mey heard a growl coming from outside her room, it was followed by the sound of something heavy hitting on the wooden door and hard floor. Her heart began to gallop frantically inside her chest, her arm going protectively over her brother’s sleeping frame. “Jun!” She desperately called, trying to make her cousin come back to her, to cover under the bed.
But Jun seemed transfixed with whatever she had seen. Stumbling back on her feet she fell to the floor. Mey felt her cousin’s terror more than saw it. She felt it in her scream when she called for her dad. At that moment, Mey paralysed, not knowing what to do. She had her little brother to keep safe but her instincts were telling her to go to her cousin when she saw Jun leap again towards the door. Before her cousin could reach it, it was thrown from its frame, making Jun fly through the room and hit her head on the opposite wall. “JUN!” Mey yelled, feeling her blood drain from her face and panic tears starting to warm her eyes.
She heard heavy footsteps entering her room, accompanied by the sound of claws scraping on the wooden floor. “Mey?” She heard her brother’s small voice, still wrapped with sleep. But the shock of what she was seeing made her unable to utter a word. From under her bed, Mey saw the claws spreading beneath furry paws and her mind raced to make sense of it. A wild dog? Why was that creature attacking her family? How was it able to pass through the spells?
She couldn't find any reasonable answers to her questions, her thoughts were a whirlwind of interrogations as she felt her blood run cold and her eyes widening with horror. From the spot she was still hiding with her little brother, she couldn’t see her uncle, but she wondered why she was not hearing him coming to help them. That realization scared her more than anything…Where was her uncle? It was then that she heard Jun's pained scream, a sound she had never heard before, a raw sound of pure anguish, a sound that seemed to mercilessly cleave her heart.
Mey watched as the beast jumped towards Jun and buried its fangs in her shoulder. Hoshi screamed and started to cry in panic, the little boy was beyond terrified with what he was witnessing and Mey had to hold him tighter to keep him from running from underneath the bed. But Hoshi could no longer be held down, the boy escaped from between her arms and from the place they had been hiding. Mey saw with absolute terror that the beast immediately turned its attention from the now unconscious Jun towards the small child that was now running towards the door.
She was no longer thinking, as her instincts took control over her actions. Mey snuck out from under the bed and stood on her feet in a second. Her hand grabbed the lantern from her bedside table and she threw it to the beast with all her strength. The oil ran down the beast's back and the fire spread along it, burning the wolf's fur, the smell of burnt oil mixing with the iron scent of the blood that began to create a small puddle beneath Jun’s body.
The wolf yelped in pain and let out a grunt as he turned his yellow ringed eyes towards Mey. The girl tried to prepare herself, but in vain, recognising its predatory gaze and that she was unable to fight him and win. But she stood there, between her cousin's body and the beast, with her legs wobbling and her body shaking from horror and shock. And then everything happened so fast. She only felt a sharp pain in her right arm as the wolf closed its jaws around it and knocked her down. Mey felt herself fall and hit her back on the floor as the beast pinned her with one of its paws on her chest. And all she could feel was pain as its fangs found its way again on her forearm and the other clawed paw drew tears on her side. Mey fought until her strength left her body and she felt herself falling into a tunnel of darkness. Voices began to be heard in the background and she realised that the beast was hurriedly leaving. But darkness enveloped her as she blinked in a failed attempt to focus her gaze on Jun, now lying next to her. She felt her consciousness leave her as her last thought lingered in her mind, "Jun...".
---
Once the others arrived the room, Mey, Jun and Saburo were transported to St. Mungus, but there’s was nothing to be done that could change their destiny. Saburo had lost his life and Mey and Jun were alive but condemn to live with a curse.
Meyra felt tears rolling down her face and dripping onto the paper, still empty of any trace on her lap. She dried them with the back of her hand before putting down her sketchbook and pencil. Her last wish, before starting to feel her body change with the curse that was now an inseparable part of her life, was that she could go back in time and erase that day from her family’s memory. The night she lost her uncle and almost lost her best friend, a night she would never forget or forgive.
She was at her family's barn, that had been transformed into the cosiest place possible to accommodate Meyra's new reality. She was sitting on the old, slightly worn leather sofa.
First Instance of Magic:
Reducio
Mey remembers a time when her dad (Rodney) was acting strangely. He seemed uncharacteristically more tired and worried and spent long hours in his office. She missed him, the time they spent talking, and even her bedtime stories were missing! So his absence was really being sadly felt by young Meyra.
In hopes of finding what was unsettling him and innocently trying to offer him her help, Meyra decided to sneak into his office and look for clues that would make her understand what was happening with her father. Deep down, she knew she shouldn't be there, searching through his notes, reports and files, but she put that awareness aside with her certainty that she was there to protect him and help him with everything that had been distressing him.
But this feeling of heroism and altruism was dispelled as soon as Rodney entered his office and caught Meyra sitting at his desk. The girl was so scared and surprised that all the documents on the table flew up, creating a mess of papers that spread throughout the small room, while she fell from the chair.
Her father never felt so disappointed with his child and Meyra had to face three days of detention, helping her mother cleaning and taking care of her tea shop. But in the end, Rodney ended up having a serious but calm conversation with Meyra and that's when he explained and congratulated her on her First Instance of Magic.

This looks almost fine, I'm just missing a mention of Meyra getting medical care after the attack.

ReducioJun felt unsteady. She felt unsteady in the way she moved as she sat up, in the way her body ached with soreness, in the way she felt. Her heart was racing and an upcoming nausea had set in her throat. The young girl had just woken up from a nightmare once again. Her father's voice was still ringing in her ears, the sight of blood everywhere - blurry in her dark room - , Mey‘s scream, Hoshi‘s scream. Her own scream. The pain of teeth burying into her shoulder and claws scratching down her side and even more so the horror of not being able to stop what was going to happen. Not being able to protect Mey and Hoshi and her Father.
Jun‘s cheeks were wet with tears as flashbacks ran through her mind. It had been a couple months now. About seven, maybe? Seven months since her world had crashed to pieces that she wasn’t able to glue back together.
It had been an uneventful day. Jun and her family were on holiday in the UK, as they were ever so often. Every year actually. She knew that her Father and Mother were keen on moving here and had already purchased grounds that their property was built upon. They had always shared that dream and Jun was happy with it too. Her best friend and Cousin, whose place the family was currently staying at, lived here and they would be able to attend Hogwarts together in a year.
Mey and Jun had always been close, as Harumi (Meyra's Mother) and Saburo (Jun’s Father) were siblings. It was only natural they’d become best friends. Nothing would ever change that.
The two had been playing in the yard of the estate after Dinner. It was close to nightfall but Jun never felt unsafe in her Cousin’s company - especially not under the kind and watchful eyes of Harumi sitting on a blanket close by, along with Hoshi, Mey‘s younger brother. Her mother and father had gone inside some time ago, which Jun had thought was a bit odd but didn’t pay much mind to, since Saburo had been out for work that day. He had said Hello to her when he got back and they had spent time in the library together. It had become somewhat of a tradition that Jun and Saburo would spend an hour or two reading or talking together in the library, whenever he had been away for work. They would drink tea and share Shiroi Koibito. Biscuits, which are filled with a white or dark chocolate filling. It was like a reassurance that he had come home safe and sound.
Jun got out of Bed shakily, staggering closer to the balcony in a fast pace. She pushed open the glass doors and stumbled out, gripping onto the railing. Her breath was going quickly as the cold night air caressed her skin. Her eyes met the moon. It was close to full moon, just a couple more days until she would become one of the Monsters she despised the most. The Monsters that had killed her father, because she had distracted him. A stabbing pain spread through her chest and she squeezed her eyes shut, head falling into her hands. Her elbows were shaking on the thick metal. The Nightmares always got worse this close to the transformation night.
A strange Man had joined them in the garden. Jun had never seen him but Harumi seemed to know him. She looked concerned and told the children to go upstairs to Mey‘s room. Her Mother and Father were joining them and Saburo spent no time wasted after Harumi‘s gaze, grabbing the three kids gently and leading them up. „Hide them under the Bed and lock the doors!“ was what Jun heard last from behind. She followed her father fastly, glancing at Mey now and then. „Dō shita no, o tōsan?[revilio]What’s going on, Dad?[/revilio]“ He didn’t answer, at least not with what Jun had wanted to hear. He only said they’d be safest in Mey‘s room right now.
They got to the room rather fast and Saburo gave all three of them a hug, pressing a kiss on his daughter’s head. „Do not fret, you‘ll be fine. I‘ll be right outside and in just a bit, you’ll be back outside playing in the yard. Just go hide under the bed and try to get some rest.“ He shut the door before them and the kids did as they were told. The curtains were pulled shut and night was falling fast over England. They spent the time close together, whispering silently, watching Hoshi draw and telling stories to each other to pass the time. They didn’t know what was going on and when hours passed, they grew bored of playing this hiding game. It was dark by now, only the moon shining through the curtains. Hoshi had fallen asleep so the two girls were now simply laying next to one another, until Jun had enough of waiting.
Jun crept out from beneath the bed silently and peeked through the keyhole. „Dad, are you still there?“ she asked, feeling the door rattle slightly, like he had been leaning against it. „Yes my love, are you, Hoshi and Meyra quite alright in there?“ Jun looked back to Mey and through the Keyhole again. „Yes, but we are growing bored and… I‘m a little scared, Dad. What’s going on? Can you peek through the keyhole back at me?“ she heard shuffling and then her gaze met one of her Father’s brown eyes. A small smile spread across her lips. „There’s some disturbances happening today, which is why your Mum and Aunt are throwing up some protective spells around the house, with Rodney.“ Jun heard silent footsteps outside but couldn’t peek past her Dad. „And who was that Man?“ Saburo paused for a second until the footsteps were gone. „That is a friend of ours, you don’t need to worry about him.“ Then he was silent again. Something about this wasn’t right and it worried her.
„I love you Dad.. can you tell another one of your stories to me, when we are done with this?“ Jun said softly, after a moment in which they only looked at each other. „I love you too, Mayumi, my Moon. Yes, of course- “ Then everything went fast. Tumultuous sounds were suddenly erupting from outside the door and Jun heard a gut wrenching scream slip from her Father. She couldn’t see him anymore. She stumbled back in Horror, tripping over her own two feet and crashing down to the Floor. „Dad!“ She screamed, hurrying to the door, which was kicked through in that moment, sending her flying against the wall head first and falling to the ground. First, she saw Mey’s horror filled eyes from beneath the bed, then she saw the horrible creature before her. But what she saw behind it was worse. Her father laid on the floor, wand rolled away to the stairs, bleeding from a wound in his throat.
A high pitched scream left her lips before she felt teeth burying into her shoulder in a sharp sensation. The pain was almighty, screaming red in her numb mind. She barely noticed the scratches down her side before consciousness leaving her, horrible images haunting her forever. The girls along with Saburo were transported to St. Mungos to receive Medical Care after the attack. It took Jun days to wake up, only to discover her world had been shattered to pieces in a single night. Her World, Mey’s World, Their family's world. She wished they had never gone to the UK for their annual vacation.
It had started raining. Jun was sitting on the balcony, knees too weak to carry her shaking body. Drenched in sweat, tears and rain. She could never remove those images from her mind, never remove the guilt of her being responsible for her fathers death, her Cousin meeting the same fate she did. Her Mother had made her see a Therapist ever since they moved to England. It helped maybe a little, but it didn’t help take the torture of her dreams away and maybe she didn’t want that. Maybe she always wanted to be reminded of that night so she‘d never forget what she was and what she was responsible for. She now lived because her father couldn’t anymore and that day a large part of her being had died with him.

ReducioJun Physical Description:
Jun Mayumi Mochizuki stands at 4'5 in height, with a petite and sporty figure. She mirrors a put together, tidy and organized look that also shows in her clothing style. Her black hair reaches just beneath her collarbones and shines with dark brown highlights. Matching her hair color, Jun's almond shaped eyes are a dark brown with light sparks in them, especially when the sun hits them. Her skin is a light tan color, full pinkish red lips complimenting the light natural blush that spreads across her cheeks and nose. Other than that, her skin is always clear and soft without a single pore to be seen. To complete her perfect appearance, Jun has a beautiful bright smile with perfect white teeth and dimples forming in her cheeks. The only thing destroying that perfect appearance is where she was bit, which was on her left shoulder. Another scratch along her right ribcage is also a thorn in her eye. She always tries to keep both covered up by clothing.
Jun Mental Description:
Languages Spoken: Japanese | English | French
Jun possesses a high level of intelligence and does not need to study to achieve the best grades possible, however that is not the only area she uses her intelligence in. She loves engaging in educational conversations and debating her point of view with harsh arguments. Jun analyzes the people surrounding her and pays attention to every little detail that could be helpful to her. She values truthfulness and trustworthy people but is not always one herself. Jun is a rather cunning and ambitious girl and can be rather cold, to those that do not behave nicely. Like her family, she looks out for wealth, status and usefulness, but also for the ability to keep secrets. Jun has no problem using her peers to gain power and benefit from them. It is hard to get to her, she has a certain coldness to her, destroying her enemies silently. However, Jun is also charming and carries a genuine politeness, passion and enthusiasm. If you do not get on her bad side, there is no reason to worry. She would not let you know that she is using you, doing so in such an unnoticeable way. None of this is because Jun desperately wishes to be dishonest but more so because she wishes to be liked and respected.
Even though it may not sound like it, beneath all this, Jun is a kind child. She tries hard not to displease her Mother and inside she is just a hurting soul, still grieving her father and condition, scared to get close to someone in case they leave, just like Saburo did. She would not hurt a fly but also does not step back from protecting herself or those close to her.
Jun aims for skill and power of her own magic too. She would never admit it, but failing is one of her biggest fears.
In her free time she enjoys reading and playing the harp. Jun loves the outdoors and enjoys the occasional walk but would rather go on a broom or horse ride. She enjoys sports quite a lot and would never say no to an activity such as swimming or ice skating.
Backstory:
The Mochizuki Family is a wealthy, honored and well known family in Japan. They are highly traditional and care a lot about Education, Status and Wealth. Throughout the years, they have spun a wide net of connections to hundreds of Pureblood families all over the world, all useful to gain power or other conveniences. Saburo is the third child of Haruto and Megumi Mochizuki, who have five sons in total as well as two daughters. All of the Mochizuki children are married and either stationed in Asia or Europe, all wealthy with large estates and important Careers. Marriage of Convenience is, as expected, something the Mochizuki Family does and approves of, only one of their Children married out of love, not convenience. That child was not Saburo but you could not say that he did not love Reina when their betrothal was arranged. Like the Mochizuki's, the Hirano family values wealth, tradition and education as well as their social status. Saburo and Reina were both homeschooled but met on several occasions such as Balls, Events and Gatherings.
They had become friends quickly, sharing their wish of a life abroad someday and the love for the harp. Their Parents picked up on that quite soon, discussing their children's relationship when they started taking horse riding lessons together with their siblings. It had originally been planned that Tsumugi, one of Reinas three sisters, would marry Saburo at some point, but that soon got changed when Saburo expressed the wish to take his harp lessons with Reina from now on. It was not taken into account that these two were merely friends and Reina showed no interest in Saburo romantically. Their marital ceremony was done when they were 18, tying them together for life. Neither of them loved one another in the romantic way they had both wished for but they did love each other in a different way.
Together, they started to fulfill their dream of moving abroad. A lot of their free time was spent searching for the perfect place to move and carefully going over property. They moved to Kyōto, not too far away from their beloved family. While Saburo started his training as an Auror, Reina specialized in the Department of Magical law enforcement and worked for a private Pureblood Law Firm. Both still had immediate connections to Pureblood families, attending Galas and Balls on a regular basis. In October 2012, Reina found out she was pregnant. Saburo was 28 at that point, while Reine was 23. On July 25 2013 their first daughter was born. Jun Mayumi Mochizuki. They adored their precious little wonder and would try for another about a year later. Sadly, Reina miscarried. This happened another time in the following years, which resulted in the couple stopping their attempts with heavy hearts. Jun Mayumi Mochizuki is now the only daughter of Reina Hirano and Saburo Mochizuki. She has always been told to be polite, elegant and put together. As the only daughter of the Mochizuki's, she is meant to bring honor and wealth to her family and marry rich, to a pureblood son of an honored Family someday.
Before Attending Hogwarts, Jun was homeschooled on a high level of Education. Her parents raised her trilingual, meaning she was taught Japanese, English and French. Of course, growing up in a pureblood family, Jun was not only taught more than one language but far more. The Harp, as it is a loved instrument by both her parents, was taught to Jun quite early as well as playing the piano. Etiquette Lessons were of course something Jun had to attend as well, including several dances and the proper way with words. Horse riding, Archery, Fencing, Tennis and Swimming were included in her physical activities as well as ballet or Ice Skating. To finish her education off, Jun always had several nonfiction and fiction books to read while growing up, arts and crafts were always a part of her day and chess was taught to her quite early on as well. Overall Jun had quite a happy, loving and educational childhood, receiving love from both her parents when they were at home. She was always brought along for gatherings and balls and whenever her parents were not available, Jun was able to spend a night with her family or her parents would let one of the housekeepers stay overnight, as they already had quite a large amount of staff to take care of the rest of the house.
In 2023 there was a crucial hit that split this loving family into pieces and shattered Jun's little heart. Saburo was killed in an effort to save his daughter and niece. While a werewolf tried to get into the room that Mey and Jun were hidden in, he was attacked. It happened fast and when the news arrived that morning at St.Mungos, Reina broke down crying. The funeral was held two weeks later when Jun was recovered enough to attend, though the young girl didn’t really feel anything at all anymore at the time. Not even the pounding bite in her shoulder. Jun could still remember thousands of black clothed families wishing her their condolences but none could reduce the numbing pain inside her heart. No one could bring her kind and loving O tōsan (Father/Dad) back or turn back time and prevent everything from happening. From that moment on, Reinas and Jun's lives changed drastically.
Not long after this, Reina decided it would be best for Jun and her to finally leave Japan. Their home abroad had been built a year before and she now wished to finally fulfill the dream Saburo had always dreamed with her. To Absquatulate. Something had held her back or gotten in the way each time they were supposed to leave Japan, she wouldn’t wait any longer. It took a week to pack everything up and ship it off to the UK, another couple days to get there. They settled into their home in the Yorkshire Dales and Reina got a job in the Ministry of Magic, continuing her career in the Department of Magical Law. Her daughter didn’t have a say in it. Jun inherited all that belonged to Saburo, as she was his rightful heir. Their home abroad belonged to her, his property, his treasures, everything. A heavy burden to put on a child. Reina hoped that life abroad would help Jun in still being a child and grieving without the watchful eyes of every wealthy Japanese family who knew what had been laid upon the young girl. She would be able to attend Hogwarts without anyone knowing of her condition. In the UK, Reina and Jun mostly keep to themselves. They rarely ever go to gatherings and other events now.
First Instance of Magic:
ReducioJun's first instance of Magic occured in 2018 on her 5th birthday - during a weekend they celebrated in London, England. In honesty, her parents had been worried about their daughter, as their own first accidental Magic had happened quite early on.
It was a warm summer morning, Jun's parents were taking her for breakfast in a beautiful expensive hotel with Jun's favorite flowers everywhere and every food she asked for. The white Tulips mixed in with the scent of fresh pastries and the little girl looked like a princess with her soft pink dress, sitting between the flowers. After their breakfast, they were brought up to the rooftop to enjoy the sights. When they arrived at the top, Jun could not be held back and she ran to the railings, pushing herself up with all her might so she could see above the stone wall. Screams of worry were exclaimed by her parents but before they could get to her, Jun lost balance and fell forwards, nothing there to hold her. It was a sight of horror as the little girl fell from the railing and into the air. Saburo was already at the edge, ready to jump after his daughter but when he set foot on the stone railing, Jun stopped falling mid air, long enough for her Father to cast Wingardium Leviosa to pull the small girl back up.

1) "The Mochizuki Family is one of the wealthiest, honored and well known families in Japan."
This is a small thing, but it always gets difficult when people use superlatives. You don't get to claim best/richest/any other one of a kind, but that is very close.
2) Please make a mention of Jun receiving medical care after her attack.

Character Backstory:ReducioSole child of fashion designers, Jiho and Jung-Hwa Park. Nabi is an english national, born in Norwich, with Korean descent. As a pure-blood, she was surrounded by those of the same blood status growing up. The Park family is known for their lineage of strong witches and wizards as well as their high fashion designs.
Nabi has been expected to always excel in everything she does since before she recieved her letter acceptance into Hogwarts. Thus, she was taught various topics throughout her childhood, some may say privlidged beyond right. Her primary goal is to make sure she excels her parent's expectations. She carries with her a family heirloom, a white and silver jade norigae. Something that not only remembers her of those before her and their greatness, but of the expectations that she has over her.
Nabi is the first of the Park bloodline to enroll into Hogwarts, as prior to her, all members attended Durmstrang Institute. She was to be enrolled just like those before her, but her mother wanted Nabi to try Hogwarts for a change.
Her usual daily routines before/when not attending Hogwarts are rather calm; waking up to make a pot of english breakfast tea and a bowl of berries well enjoy a nice bowl of bone broth to wake up before getting ready to start her day with a light run with her father. After which she heads over to the market with her mother and browses through the produce and goods, before making her way back home, where she studies, reads, or simply takes a stroll through the family garden.
First Instance of Magic:ReducioNabi's first instance of magic was when she was 4 years old; while playing with her friend in her family's graden. Nabi's parents had made a sepecific part of the garden, a black butterfly garden; in honor of her as her name means butterfly. Nabi's friend and her were playing in the butterfly garden until he killed one of the butterflies. While her friend was laughing, her anger grew and a small pebble suddenly hit the boy's head.

Request for residence change will be made. Your backstory only comes up to 137 words. We require 220 word minimum for the backstory in Index. Please write more about what your character's life was like before they came to Hogwarts. This can include any hobbies and/or significant events aside from Nabi's first instance of magic.
STATUS: Pending, Sereia, 19 Sep
Thank you for making the word count! Your backstory needs to be copied from your encyclopedia to here so that we have a copy of it on both pages.
Additionally, I would recommend mentioning that Nabi did her routine of going out to the market with a chaperone, such as a parent or nanny, because remember that Nabi is likely 5-10 years old when she does this. I don't believe it would be safe for her to go out on her own.

ReducioCharacter Backstory: Backstory changes in GREENUnbeknownst to Yağmur, his mother's magic was not arcane like his father's, but seeped in the alluring majesty of shrouded Veela origins. Before Miray had found her way into the wizarding village of Montrose, the graceful woman roamed Lake Hazar in Türkiye among sunken ruins and her fellow alabaster-haired sisters. The Veela, though young, was not naive when it came to the men who wandered across their watery territory. While her sisters lured men in with their song and graceful movements, Miray was not interested in entertaining rugged adventurers who had nothing in their purse but inflated egos and stories laden with obvious exaggerations.
It wasn't until a man draped in extravagant robes and glittering with jewels stacked upon his fingers and strung throughout elegant threads that Miray found herself as enchanted as the men her sisters lured into the water. Over the next few nights, Miray would visit the man's camp, drawn by the gold and jewels that glistened like sunlight upon the familiar waves of her home. Though the language barrier barred them from deeper conversation, Miray's song acted as the bridge between their worlds. The young woman learned that the man was a...what did he call it in his strange tongue? A proprietor? An offer soon followed for Miray to join him on his travel back to his homeland where he would showcase her singing to thousands and dress her in fine silks and jewels to match his own. By the time Miray was settled in the man's shambled inn, the mirage of riches and fame had worn off. The people she sung to were not upstanding wizarding folk, but unsavory urchins who happened to stumble through the doors looking for a drink (and to be swindled later). Far from familiar waters and surrounded by the grime of the seedy wizarding village, escape was not an option. Not that she hadn't tried, but without a sickle to her name, the Veela would not get far before stranding herself. And so Miray would continue to perform her melancholy melody, hoping to lure a foolish man that would give up his purse for her song.
It would be another three years before a burly man by the name of Morogh Harrow sauntered into the inn. His beard was a fierce tangle of black briars that was indistinguishable from his tousled hair that obscured his face like a lion's mane. When Miray's song fell on his ears, the man was entranced by the alabaster-haired woman and would return every night that his ministry work brought him to the village. Morogh wanted the Veela's song for himself, going as far as to pay her debt towards the innkeeper and brought Miray to his elegant home in the wizarding village of Montrose. Soon after, Miray fell pregnant with the wizard's child, delaying her intent to return to Lake Hazar once again. While her husband was abroad curse-breaking treasure, Miray would spend her solitude devising a plan to return to her sisters. Before Yağmur's birth, Miray had stumbled upon her husband's spare portkey in the drawer of his desk, a glimmer of hope in the cold December night. She held onto the portkey until the birth of her son, only activating it when she was sure her husband would not follow suit.
For three years, Miray and Yağmur managed to escape Morogh's iron grasp, blending into the nearby Turkish wizarding village near Lake Hazar. With a half-breed child still on her hip, Miray's sisters met them with a hostile temperament, forcing the new mother to find solace in fellow banished sisters who had found a similar fate to her. When her husband finally tracked down his absent wife and son, Miray had exhausted her options and returned to the Harrow manor, realizing her son would be an outcast with arcane blood tainting his Veela ancestry. With his mother's silence and memories away from Harrow manor muddled by his youth, Yağmur's knowledge of his Veela ancestry faded and replaced by pureblood mentality instilled by his father.
ReducioFirst Instance of Magic:Yağmur was born into the illustrious wizard Harrow family by his Scottish father, Morogh Harrow, and his new wife, Miray. That December night had been especially frightful for the new mother, candlelight casting warped shadows on the wall of her and the midwife. Morogh was absent as usual, perhaps on another ministry assignment or wooing whoever fell for his exaggerated tales. The frigid wind's howling and Miray's pleading in her mother tongue was a haunting duet. A new voice emerged a few moments later from the bundle of blankets swaddling a newborn, his wild tufts of hair as bright as his mother's lace gown. Yağmur would be quickly whisked away from the manor by portkey as his Veela mother fled her cage. For three years, they would lay low in a village in Miray's native land, overlooking the lake Miray had been torn from by cruel fate. Though Morogh shared similarities with the great bear upon the Harrow crest, his greed and jealousy matched that of a dragon who's hoard had been stolen from. Searching from the day he discovered his home void of both his wife and promised heir, the wizard scoured the wizarding realm until he happened upon their refuge. His already iron grasp became unrelenting and the Harrow manor became more of an elegant prison than home.
Before Yağmur's birth, Morogh had been previously married to a frail woman named Lilidh and fathered Yağmur's half-sister, Ursa. Shortly after Lilidh's death, Morogh fell for the charming Miray, a young woman with a dulcet voice and alabaster curls. The singer paid the burly man no mind, ignoring his advances until he promised her what she could not find in the hovel of an inn: fame. Unfortunately, fame never did find the alabaster-haired beauty. Instead, her voice only fell upon the beastly man's ears for he was jealous and sought to cage her free spirit. Many years spent in the Harrow mansion have made the woman bitter and already lacking in maternal instinct, a poor mother to both her blood and her husband's.
The boy often doubted his parentage as he lacked the rugged, ebony hair and eyes as dark as ink many Harrow men before him had possessed. Yağmur's obscured Veela heritage reflected in his porcelain curls and a temperament that matched his mother's before her silence dampened any fight left in her. His elder sister's taunting did nothing to quell his worry. Despite carrying his father's name and responsibilities as heir to the centuries old family, Yağmur could not feel more removed from the daunting man. The acceptance letter flown in by owl was the boy's ticket to escaping the lonely confines of the mansion and the expectations of his father.
ReducioA petulant child already at the age of six, Yağmur found himself more at odds than peace with the other children of the wizarding village. On this particular morning, he decided to pick a fight with a group of boys four years his senior who had barged past him. His snide tongue had provoked the leader of the group into a chase with Yağmur barely able to keep out of arm's reach. What little distance Yağmur gained was now halted by a tall cobblestone wall of a dead end street. The stubborn Harrow boy turned to face the broad-shouldered leader of the pack just in time to see a fist flying towards his face. Bracing himself for an impact to the cheek, Yağmur scrunched his face up into a flinch, only to feel a faint whoosh of air against his skin. The older boy's fist had bounced off of Yağmur like rubber and sent the force right back into his arm, knocking the leader on his rump. There was a couple of curses exchanged between the two before the taller boy picked himself up from the ground, brushing dirt off his clothes and muttering as he turned and left with what dignity remained.

- Your stat points add up to 30; as a part-Veela, you end up with -5 of that, so you should have 30 stat points. Please edit this.

- I couldn't find any mention of Türkiye in the backstory. For the profile card change, please note why Yağmur's nationality should be Turkish. Thanks!
