Why? Eugenia lives in England and, as it is on her profilecard, has been English up until now. You can't retcon this, she would IC be changing her nationality now. That would need some explanation.

If you don't change their nationality can you still have their ancestry be different? Like, for example, my character is English, was born and raised in England, but her father's side has Norwegian ancestry so she can speak Norwegian, celebrates Norse holidays and enjoys Norwegian food. She's still from England but has Norse roots. Is that still okay?

You can update your stats by listing your old ones and then typing in your new ones (however you see fit but no more than the overall limit) underneath via the Encyclopedia Update Form!
