K SO THE BOTTLE CAP DOESN'T OPEN, IT HAS 3 MILIMETRICAL HOLES TO DRINK IT, SO EVERY MORNING I HAVE TO USE THE NEEDLE TO PUT THE JUICE IN IT talking Abt the needles they take blood tests with, they sell them at the drug store lol
