I know this is a long way away for my character, since she's a first year, but my plan for Astra was to have her practice Occlumency and Legilimency. I could have sworn Occlumency was on the races and abilities list, but as I was looking to check I see it's gone? But on the Animagus ability, it states that Anamagi can't become Occlumens.

In short, is Occlumency an ability characters on HiO can get?

Occlumency is an ability available to 6th year+ (#34 in the ability list)

Neither Legillimens or Occlymency are races, never have. But yes, they are abilities you can get in your later years.

Hi there! I wasn't sure who to ask but I had applied for the Parselmouth ability and was denied for the reason:

- Must apply for Parselmouth in the same application as Index registration her index application

I just need more elaboration on what to do to next? Shall I make an application for Parselmouth in the Index Registration with the same format in the Special Abilities for the thread or does it mean I have to edit certain parts of my Index Registration page itself?

You must add the application to your Index registration application. So two applications in one post.
