Can I start requesting for a 2nd year iNPC transfer before my PC is getting 2nd year tag? Or should I wait?

I think you can, since all iNPCs are graduating to 2nd year at this time

Yes, you can. PC will get it later, but iNPC have it open right now. Then as soon as you get your second year tag, you can apply for new stats/abilites for next year.

Yes, you can. PC will get it later, but iNPC have it open right now. Then as soon as you get your second year tag, you can apply for new stats/abilites for next year.

It's not the case of applying for a new iNPC, but rather an existing 2nd year iNPC being transferred to this account.

Well, I've seen another person who has transferred their iNPC account right now but I'm not sure if it is correct. You should probably wait for staff to clarify

i saw the potion brewing announcement- does that mean we have to brew the 4 potions in order to move forward, or was the limit 4? sorry was a bit confused reading it

The limit per year is four, and you dont need to brew any to graduate.

This gives you a chance to have the 4 potions that you want brewed of this year, since the numbers don’t stack. You get 4 for your 2nd year, but it doesn’t stack to 8 if you don’t make your potions then.

You've gotta break some eggs to make an omlette, something something.
