I have a question for staff members! Or that is, those who are in charge of iNPC applications and updates. Since iNPCs are open again now, and you said graduation is going to start mid-June and we can apply for our new stats for the upcoming year during that time, does anyone (only staff or those who hold a professional role relating to iNPC updates/applications etc...) know when I can apply for the new stats and ability for the next year for my iNPC? Can I do it now (since iNPC updates/apps are open again but are only open for a certain period of time)? Or do I have to wait until later on? But then if I have to wait until later on, will the iNPC apps still be open at that time? I'm assuming that since iNPC apps/updates are open now, I can go ahead and apply for the new ability and the new stats for the iNPC now but I would have to wait until mid-June to do update of stats for my main PC, right?

To explain since it is phrased a bit oddly (the question):

We are opening iNPCs before graduation so that players have the time to prepare their character, update their stats and figure our their team rosters before summer games. We actually opened the iNPC roster up early last year too.

Summer is a hard time because a lot happens and there is not "much time" in the summer, only 2 months. During this time players are graduating, we are setting up summer camp and summer games. It is a heavy burden on staff since we also had to clear the rosters and push to make sure that the Index is as clear as possible by graduation time.

Having the NPCs done a bit earlier helps us stagger the heavy workload.

PC updates (for graduation) will be after they graduate. We are basically trying to get one thing done at a time.

If I'm creating an inpc right now, can I give them year two stats and two abilities before my pc graduates? I'm pretty sure this was asked before, but just clarifying.
