@Solomon Lear, I think we would be remiss if we did not acknowledge your hard work in all of this as well. Thank you for being so steadfast here and for being such a help to Zach. I know you stand in the breach and take most of the flak, but you always soldier on. I hope that continues, but only if you can do so happily. And while I know you are still dissatisfied with some of the images, I wanted you to know everything I've seen is quite beautiful, so thank you!

Posting again as I’ve been poking around the site on mobile. Navigation is so much easier now and I like how the background images work as headers on the forums.

This is so nice! I've tried it on both mobile and pc and they look really very lovely! Far better than I've anticipated, and the animations, especially the owls and the weather(!) are amazing! And the idea of using floo powder to travel is smart! The flames are really cool. This must've taken a lot of time. And the backgrounds are really nice and I love how some of the backgrounds have things that were in the books and movies. It really is very wonderful. Many thanks to you, admin and staff for making this a great place to write in!

Thank you so much Zach and everyone involved in this project. The site was already beautiful, but now it's absolutely killing it! I tried it on my phone and pc, and it's so much easier to navigate and so much more welcoming. I can't completely put myself in the position of someone that just arrived, but from my understanding is so much practical and so much easier to start and navigate the site even as a newcomer.
The visuals are stunning and increase the immersive experience of Hio. Some little things I noticed, for example, the money currency now has the G, S, K, is just a precious attention to details that can be really helpful. Loved it all!
Somethings I noticed, that is really a small thing (and if its intentional please ignore me):
it is raining inside the: Honeydukes, Hog's Head, St. Mungo's Hospital and in the Cauldron Bedrooms.
And its not raining in: City of London, West London, East London and Daily Prophet
Thank you once again for everything you do for this community!

Thank you, Zach. I love the new features so much. It’s amazing, especially the floo network and owl notification. Also, the background and every animation features makes the site look more lively. Better than I expected it. I found myself inspired just by searching through the site. So many ideas pop up out of nowhere. lol
Thank you again for your hard work, and to everyone who contributed to the development of this.

thankyou so so much Zach, this update really did give me newbie energy again, everything looks so fresh & shiny and i keep clicking around just to see what's new
but i do want to second the hover design suggestion for the top nav, the floo system is a nice addition for bigger jumps, but getting around within the nav itself takes quite a few more clicks now than it used to. i think bringing back the hover could help trim the click count, three-click rule and all

Thank you so much for all your hard work Zach! I am the type of person who needs a bit of time to get used to big changes. Right now it therefore seems a bit overwhelming. I love the new setup for preferences! That each animation can be turned on or off separately is monumental! For example I love the swirling smoke in the remembrall, but I am a bit unsure how I feel about the shaking owl. Thanks to you I get to keep what I love while disabling what might be overwhelming. I am also so glad you found options for font! It is bound to give the bb-coders a bit of a headache at first, but it is such a great thing for accessibility.
I have spent a bit of time exploring the new ways of navigation, and although it is new and a bit daunting at present I can see that it is better than what we had before. I do like the new bar at the bottom of the page a lot, as well as the rebuilding of what is top right on my screen. I like that they are decluttered and a good deal shorter than before. A thought that has struck me so far is if it would be possible and sensible to add «friends» under the adress book? It is the only thing that in my opinion doesn’t quite belong on the list it has been placed.
Not having a direct button to both drafts and my RPs will take a bit getting used to, but I honestly don’t think I mind it. I also very much like that the third button on the bottom bar is customizable. Would this be a viable option for button number two as well? It was a good idea to place unread messages there, but might it be possible to chose «latest messages» as well as the rest of the list? That way I can easily keep up to date on the newest posts, as well as change it to «my RPs» if I am in a writing flow for easy access.
As stated I still need to spend some time with the floo to familiarize myself properly, as well as the flow of the menu on the top left. What I have noticed so far is that when I enter the Gryffindor common room, I need to go to the top of the page to find the rest of the rooms. Only when I have entered one of them do they show up in the dropdown on the left. I have no mind for coding and how a website works but on first look it seems a bit confusing. Would it be possible to once we enter a common room that the dorms, ooc, and HoH room appear in the menu? Know that I fully understand there might be challenges with this that I have not thought of.
Once again, a huge thank you to you as well as admins for their work. A thank you also ought to be given to all testers!
