Ok so quick question on beast master, If you got a new pet would it carry over to the new pet? Like if someone had a rat for there application but latter on got a bunny, like how would that work?

The application should always have a connection with the pet you want to use, which is why it is suggested in the application not to be overly specific with a certain animal.
For instance when I wrote it for Nigel's application, I stated that he used to have a pet-sitting service instead of limiting to one animal. But basically because I had planned from the beginning that he would have a pet pygmy puff as an adult but never as a kid, so the application/storyline covering more than just one animal had been planned from the beginning.

firstly: when does stage 3 of duelling start?
secondly: I might not be on any of my devices when that happens, since my school is going on a week-long trip with no devices allowed. If both events happen to overlap, I know can't post before the deadline, so would it be possible for me to send my post to my mod and they post it on behalf of me?

Always check the announcements/updates bulletin. They will always tell you when things will happen. This post tells you Stage 3 starts between the 22-24th of April.
Unfortunately, I believe you cannot send a post in to the mod to make them post it for you. You must do it yourself and you cannot post early either. The only thing I think you can do is if you know you won't be around at the time, make sure to contact your mod and let them know you won't be around. I think you'll just be out of luck though until you're able to post for yourself. Maybe you could borrow someone's device during the trip? Or if it's just a week trip, you'd just miss 1 round of dueling. As long as you don't miss any further rounds, you should be fine!
