No, Parselmouth is your first year ability. You are free to apply for it next year though!

Nope. One ability per year, with special races/talents its one every other year.

Y1- ability or talent
Y2- your choice
Y3- for Parselmouth its a sneak snake
Etc.

Yeah she can, I believe iNPC App is still open, so you can just update her ability using the ability update form

Your iNPC gets 8 abilities, one per year. Make the application in Koldovstoretz iNPC when it’s open
