Firstly to edit the size of an image you'll have to do it off-site on a website like pixlr.

Secondly, yes but you would still be Cassie, not some new character. You can definitely dress up and pretend to be another character, much like students in the errand 'Books Books Books'.

Thirdly, what do you mean by this? Do you mean between dormitories within your house?

Students are free to switch dormitories though out the school year. Being a mentor or prefect does not give you special dormitories - they would still share the same ones as the rest of their house. Being a mentor is an OOC role and IC the only thing a prefect role gives you access to is the prefect bathrooms.

Your inpc is roleplayed under your account, and so won't have the permissions either. You can use your inpc to roleplay outside of Hogwarts - for instance your inpcs school thread, Diagon Alley, Elsewhere and when visiting Hogwarts, in the school itself, but your inpc is limited to posting only where you have the permissions to do so, and where it makes sense IC. For example, an inpc when visiting Hogwarts would not be allowed to stay in a Hogwarts dorm overnight - they would go back to the cabins/tents assigned to their school.

Some are gaseous (as in they are inhaled), some are digested (have to be drunk), and some are contact (meaning they have to touch your skin or body).
