Without the invisibility cloak, you might be signing yourself up for detention or heavy punishment.

Within the reasonable context, I believe. And the PC must not benefit anything from it.

Absolutely they could. It is definitely reasonable if Cynthia's parents know reparifors, it's a third year spell. They just can't pop up in modded events to heal Cynthia because she can't do it herself for example.

I think RP titles and ideas are OK, as long as you don't write the whole RP for them...

Making up titles is not an issue. If you are also writing the content for them, then that is plagiarism on their part.
