Since I'm pretty late to creating an iNPC, my Durm character Lysander (Lynn for short) needs some relationships to account for the lost years! He is Phaedra's cousin from Bristol, England, and he's visiting Hogwarts out of curiosity for the school he was originally meant to attend. He'd get along best with fellow Purebloods and sporty wizards looking to formulate a group that will try their luck in the Goblet of Fire. His encyclopedia is here. The Blossomball date is where the preference come in; I'm requesting a girl 14+.

Storyline Idea: The school have arrived. With the arrival of Ilvermorny string up the water, a few students from Durmstrang find it a struggle to row while others find their boats capsized. Charles is one of the unlucky lucky ooc few who end up in the water due to the rival school and the blonde is now both wet and annoyed. With a thought of vengeance for the future. Your character happens to be in the boat with him, perhaps they to fell in the waters below or managed to hold on for the ride. No matter which, how does your character react? Are they seeking revenge now with Charles and look to destroy Ilvermorny in the tournament or look for a peaceful way out. Only one way to know for sure.

Your RPG storyline idea : Florian is quite the show off and wants to keep up his appearances. This means he would never attend a ball solo, he has to have the prettiest girl on his arm. If you are looking for a ball date, let me know!
Additional info : Florian is obsessed with anything relating to brooms, and is on the Beauxbaton Quidditch team. He is a bit of a spoiled brat, confident, a rulebreaker, and quite flirty. He doesn't really have a firm opinion on blood status, but does tend to find himself friends with purebloods and wizard borns more often than to half bloods and muggle borns.

I felt as though Castor Alarie may need some more Beauxbatons friends.
