Wake Up Dork Part II
Interacting with @Lucian Mornstern @Raizel Voltrouz @Beatrice Langstreth
Isabel was nervously following the conversation between the two students next to her and the prefect across from them. She truly had no idea what the real story here was or who shot a spell first, but even for as little as she knew Lucian it wouldn't surprise her if he was taunting Raizel right up until her breaking point. He'd let go of her shoulder and was currently putting on a show. And blimey! was it good. He managed to turn himself into a victim in a matter of seconds, his eyes even getting shiny, like tears were forming. Isabel found herself almost feeling sorry for him. Someone had tried to kill Lucian before? Who was Winchet? To her surprise he even told the prefect she hadn't been involved. And then, she saw that bastard grin of his and was shaken out of her empathy. Goodness, she was way too gullible.
Raizel clearly had a different experience and corrected his story, barely keeping her anger in check. "And you just called Isabel a mud- that word, with a smile on your face." the other Gryffindor added and Isabel winced, her cheeks immediately back to red. Ouch, that's embarrassing. Being called a mudblood isn't the best thing in the world, but someone else repeating the incident stings just as well. Keeping her glassy eyes on the wall, she avoided eye contact as Beatrice asked her "Is this true? You weren't included? If that's the case, you may go Isabel. I will help these two..." Shuffling her feet a little she hooked her book bag back over her shoulders and responded "Uh..yes, thank you.". Keeping her voice flat Isabel turned around to give Raizel a watery smile. 'Thanks' she mouthed and left the corridor with quick steps, hoping she wasn't in trouble for arriving to herbology class late.

I inclined my head, “Nice to meet you Miss Langstreth,” I greeted honestly, a smile on my face, I then finished my speech. Sadly… it didn’t go well.
“Hey, I didn’t mean to bump into you,” I protested, okay well I did. “And the notes wasn’t hurting people! I admit to that. I wasn’t stimulated enough. I was bored. I apologise,” I told her, yikes that almost made me gag to apologise.
Then she started hissing at me! “I thought I was the Snake,” I muttered a chuckle in the back of my throat. And then she dobbed me in. Shit. I cleared my throat and gazed down, there was no getting out of that. “I did… yes. And there is no taking that back,” Merlin, what do I say to this? There is no going back and I will not apologise. I mean, Rai looked pissed and I had to hide a smirk to that. I loved winding her up, it was awesome.
I stayed silent as Beatrice told us to wait. She ran through what had transpired and I nodded along with everything she was saying. It did sound very juvenile, my parents and grandfather will not be impressed. “I apologise for fighting, Miss. But what else was I to do?” I asked. I was a little peeved, to be honest, that Izzie was getting off free.
Realistically, I knew she did nothing wrong and I have no valid (but it is also very valid) reason to justify my rage, however it’s there and I would glare a little as she scurried off, no doubt wondering if she will get a late.
Beatryice looked at me and asked if I could walk without help. “Urm,” gently, I placed done my foot and winced a little. “Uh I could hobble,” I joked, it did hurt. She walked over and propped me up in the side Isabel left and I felt more comfortable with her by my side than I did the mudblood. “Thank you,” I whispered after her comment of helping.
I held my tongue at getting a detention and cast my gaze away at her look of disgust. “Yes ma’am,” I whispered.
