Unfortunately I'm in the first year too and Essa's having people take care of her, being emotionally broken (nearly).

I think Charmer and Lovely Creature are kinda similar, both quite useful, my iNPC Andy has Charmer, debating LC for his later years
Fearless is also good, immune to Terrible Presence, I'm deciding that one for Andy's 3rd year!
Prodigal allows you to learn more spells, which is also beneficial!
It is really a difficult choice and it's up to you which one to choose!

I'm thinking of this:
First Year: Perfectionist
Second Year: Terrible Presence
Third Year: Spell Spread
Fourth Year: Comprehend Languages

And thats so far.

Rita's definitely gonna have CP for 3rd year, 4th year maybe muggle condition...

I want things that will help Qrow when they get in trouble - they plan on getting into a lot of that during second year - as well as stuff that generally goes with how they are as a person...

Oh maybe beast master for some pets or terrible presence? 's grace also give you a chance of entering threads.
