This gives you good information about stats and you can place it accordingly, but you can’t place more than 10 stat points in one category. For your first year, you start out with 35 stat points, each year you gain 5!
If you want to apply for a Special Ability or Race, some make your stat points 30, but give you other cool RP features (you have to apply for some within 30 days of validation)

Well, when you're initially making it, do the 35, and then when you apply for the race you want, they'll change it for you.
