i go to sleep like actually sleep at around 00:30 and wakes up at 06:45 on weekdays. but ngl i never feel tired. i don't normally drink coffee and i don't have any medical conditions due to my short sleeping time. i don't know but my body is just used it it.

heard that some people just need less sleep than others. I am one of the latter, I still feel tired after all that sleep. One of my classmates only have 5 hours.. he says he is never sleepy in class

I’m okay, didn’t have a great PE lesson or lunchtime but good now.

I get into bed at 10:30 (school nights) and around 11:30 on none school days. But I don’t go sleep until around 2:30am/6am. Sometimes I pull all nighters. Depends how my day has been or how I feel
