I think I miss her because Kim and Quinn went through some stuff together (like saving her from drowning, being in the same clubs, spending summer time with her at summer camp etc...) and seemed to get closer and then -she disappears- just like a lot of other people in his life around that time. Pretty much making him think he might be a curse, which made him a bit depressed for awhile.

Sooo it was sad...
