Hiya! Unfortunately, no, you cannot rearrange your stats. You can add 5 stats after graduation every year as well as add 1 if you get a sports win, however they cannot be rearranged. If your trunk has been updated to reflect the stats, then they are final. However, if your form is still sitting in the Encyclopedia Update Form, you can make a quick edit.
