Because I keep forgetting to turn off my mobile/WiFi while I'm away working, I always burn about a 1/3 of my battery

Is that why my phone keeps losing battery when I’m not using it??

I usually have to keep my hotspot off since my brother would end up joining and draining my battery completely.

Other people can use your battery???

I'm getting better at remembering to switch it off!

I reckon so! If your phone is hooked to the Internet or is on mobile data (ie, searching for WiFi) then it'll burn battery

Not really. Basically, a hotspot is a WiFi connection that comes from my cellular data that I can share with other people. It drains my phone battery since it uses a lot of power.
