If it's over Christmas holiday breaks from 2022 IC, make sure the people going to your event aren't already going to another ball on the same day/same time though. IC many people were attending Christmas or Yule Balls at the time.

The Virtanen Yule Ball took place on December 24th
The Sato Yule Ball took place on December 24th
The Dupont Ball took place on December 25th
The Swann Winter Party took place on December 27th
The Lamacraft Ball (which has yet to start OOC I believe) took place on December 31st
The Beaufort New Year Celebration took place on December 31st - January 1st.

As long as your ball doesn't take place IC on any of those dates, I think you should be good. If it does, those wanting to attend your ball would have to double check and make sure they weren't already at another ball at the time. Since I don't believe you are allowed to be in two places at the same time IC.
