Tell him off nicely, if he keeps annoying you I'd say notify an adult. Ignore him as best you can. I dealt with this when I was really young so I don't remember what I did but I probably didn't do the right thing (I think I kicked him at one point, definitely don't do that).

I guess I'm kinda bad at advice but I would say ignore this guy. Hopefully it gets better
