I have multiple plans for Kim... but most are secret so you'll just have to see as time goes by! 
As for Hiro, I really have to do more planning with him.
All I have is he's going to end up with Akira as his boyfriend for endgame.
That's about it.
So I need more stuff to plan and plot with him.

I am replying pretty late to this but in my defense.......yeah I have nothing.
I plan for Asher to develop and become more confident in his abilities as he learns how to duel and fight, though his personality won't change too much, actually it probably won't change at all.
I also want to plan some drama that involves @Thorn Cullen and @Adya Oakes since they both are interested in Asher and with the Valentine Ball it could make for some interesting stuff!

She is currently in the St. Mungo's undergoing treatment. She will not be returning before easter.

PLANS FOR ELFIRST YEAR:
- gain a special race/ability ✓ (parselmouth adept)
- sign up for quidditch ✓
- join A.S.P ✓
- develop some friends + aquaintances ✓
- learn some new spells + potions ✓
- explore chamber of secrets
SECOND YEAR:
- gain an ability (options I'm considering: Lovely Creature, Terrible presence)
- join duelling (if doesn't get into quidditch)
- get onto the quidditch team (if doesn't get into duelling)
- prefect (?)
- learn some new spells + potions
- make some new friends
- bring @Lucian Mornstern with her to an A.S.P meeting
THIRD YEAR:
- gain her free spy snake
- make some friends + enemies
- learn some new spells + potions
FOURTH YEAR:
- gain an ability (considering Wand Maker. Possible wand description: yew wood, basilisk or dragon heartstring core, 13")
- learn some new spells + potions
FIFTH YEAR:
- el's snake learns 3 new spells (venomous, constrictor, consumption)
- massive argument with her parents
- romantic relationship (?)
- learn some new spells + potions
SIXTH YEAR:
- gain an ability (restricted defense against the dark arts)
- learn some new spells + potions
SEVENTH YEAR:
- dark heritage (parselmouth ability)
- learn some new spells + potions
OOC:
- might create an iNPC for either Beuxbatons or Durmstrang
- these plans for El aren't set in stone haha

Ooh, that sounds fun! I also want to get some of the restricted spells, they sound awesome. Only one thing- You can't be in duelling and Quidditch at the same time, you have both listed in second year
