You are enough. Be yourself and don't ever change for anybody, not your boyfriend, girlfriend, partner, or even family members. You are accepted and loved just the way you are. Sometimes just a different view is needed to see that- so get up every time you get knocked down because the sun in warm and the ground it grubby!

Hi lovelies, as some of you may know, I’m a very sappy and heartfelt person, so I have a lot to say. Here goes:
You, my love, are perfect the way you are. You’re allowed to have goals, to have things you strive for—but guess what? You can’t let that get in your way of being the genuine, real version of you. I don’t know what your New Year’s resolution is, but please, when brainstorming, do not get caught up in any of your flaws, your imperfections. Because guess what? There is far more of you to be proud of than to be critical of. You don’t have to be spotless, or the embodiment of perfection. Those who tell you they’ve never done anything wrong are lying, and I only know because I’ve been one of those people. I’ve been one of the people that is constantly seeking improvement, focusing on anything I have done wrong, focusing on the forever out-of reach goal of achieving perfection, rather than any happiness that was present in my life. It doesn’t make you a faultless angel. It makes you unhappy and anxious, constantly under stress, thinking back to every mistake you’ve made and analyzing it instead of embracing it and simply being happy with who you are.
I don’t know who is reading this, nor if you have or will struggle with this, but if you do, please listen. Take a deep breath for me. Yes, in and out, slowly. Slow it down. Your mind doesn’t need to be racing, there doesn’t need to be a weight on your chest or a knot in your stomach. You are not in any danger; because you, my dear, are perfect just the way you are. There are countless people whose lives you have touched, countless hearts that are happy to have met you. Countless memories made with you, and no matter what flaw you think you have, mistake you believe you’ve made, that won’t change that. Never, never forget the positive impact you can and do have on other people. Because that is what makes everything worth it. Not the perfect audition, the perfect test grade, the perfect body. The human connections you have made? They matter.
If anyone ever needs to have a human connection, I am here, always. So that instead of focusing on perfection, you can focus on the life you have touched. I love you very, very much, and thank you all
