You have registered 16 days ago, so no, you have not waited more than 20 days. Regardless, as, according to Phae, you have been validated on the 16th, you should be able to access classes now... Are you sure that they are still closed? If you look at the frame menu in the right corner, next to the blue quill, there should be a point called "Report Card". Is it ok IC if Gabby stays in Hogwarts for the first week of the holidays but then goes home for the second for family reasons? I haven't been on this site long enough to have experienced the school holidays before

The train departs Hogwarts when the holidays start and comes back when they end, which means that you have to choose one location to be in during Easter break. You have the necessary permissions to access the report card. There is no reason you wouldn't be able to see it. Please check your avatar in the top right corner, where your report card should be in the drop-down menu, as mentioned by Opeila.
