If you rephrase the question from broom to brooms, then I’d buy at least one of every broom just to have in a gallery to show off if anyone ever came over, and perhaps take on rides, and then I’d buy five more brooms, one for each member of the family (yes, including Dave’s muggle parents) depending on which one they want1, and that’d be about it. I mean Hiro is a first string beater on the Mahoutokoro quidditch team but I think he'll always use a Silver Arrow. Unless there's another version of a Silver Arrow called the Silver Arrow 2 or Silvery Arrow XD. Hm, but then he'd have to come up with another name for it... He calls his school broom Hoki, his current broom Nim and I forget what I came up with for the Silver Arrow. It might have been Gin but I can't remember, I think I wrote it down somewhere...
1 Really just the one’s I want. I’ll develop an IC reason for why they want the broom they want though.

I thought the Firebolt was 495 galleons back then or something?
But yeah Silver Arrow was 60 galleons but it would have taken a normal person over 2 years of saving to get enough. Due to inflation they increased the price when daily scholarship became 10 sickles a day though. Wish they'd kept it at 60 galleons for at least 1 week after the change though...
As for the stat question, David... I think they said there were only 4 stats in the beginning.
