Okay so I've been hearing things about potato peelings and somehow you can convert them to money? How do these work?

if you go to your trunk (located under the dropdown menu under your character's avatar) and find ingredients (or really any item) you can sell it and the item will be removed from your trunk and you'll get the money (1 knut for 1 potato peel) in your purse!

Hi! So if you go to the apocathery shop you can buy potato peelings, which are exactly one knut and if you go to your trunk, then you can "give" them to others as a way of payment.
If you want to, you can sell them, and get back one knut, but first years use them to pay other students because you need to be at least a second year to pay other people using actual galleons, sickles or knuts. hope this helps!
