Other people arrived one at a time and put their stuff away. Isabella saw that one person had put their stuff in the same room she put her stuff in, so she was excited to meet her room partner. She decided, since a lot of people seemed to be introducing themselves, that she should introduce herself to everyone as well. To the room, she announced, "Hi everyone. There are going to be a lot of people here this summer. I don't think I've met any of you before. I'm Isabella. So, how have everyone's summers been so far? Who's excited for camp?" Isabella hoped she hadn't asked too many questions, she just really wanted to talk to someone.
She tried to memorize each person's name, at least, those who's names they had said. This was easier said then done. She was fairly certain she only remembered three people's names. She sat down on the ground, not really sure where to exist in the space they had. Everyone seemed pretty friendly so far. It was only maybe less than an hour into the camp and Isabella was having an interesting and not orderly whatsoever time. This was off to a great start.
She looked out the window. There was a steady stream of other campers arriving. She wondered if they would get the chance to meet and hang out with any of the other campers. She hoped so. This camp was a chance to meet new people, after all.
