For a brief moment, Pyce had absolutely no clue what had happened. One moment, they had been attempting to catching Katelyn, and the next, nothing. It took a second, but Pyce's brain eventually kicked back into gear.
Pyce could head Hecate's cackling as a weight was, quite literally, lifted from them. It was safe to assume he was helping Katelyn up. Which meant that she had indeed fallen, and Pyce had gotten crushed. As soon as she was righted, Kate was by Pyce's side.
"I'm good." They wheezed out. Pyce sucked in a breath, trying to get their lungs working again. They'd be fine, they had almost certainly been through worse. Getting flattened was small potatoes. "Are you okay? Did we get the Remembralls?" When shown the very objects in question, Pyce smiled. They pushed themself off the floor, properly catching their breath.
"I've got galleons to spare, if we're ready to go?" Hecate butted in, a chocolate frog box held behind his back. Pyce didn't comment on it, though they did wonder when he picked it up. It was Hecate's money anyway.
Pyce held up a finger, they needed just a moment more to set themself to rights. Then, that moment passing, they nodded, standing up straight and giving Katelyn a reassuring smile.

"I'm fine, I'm more worried about you." She responded to Pyce, worry clear as day on her face. She almost forgot the whole reason she climbed the shelves in the first place had Pyce not ask about them, making her present the Remembralls to them.
She hovered around Pyce as they took another moment before standing up and flashing Katelyn a reassuring smile, even if she still looked utterly mortified over crushing them on accident. Looking back at Hecate, she nodded. "Yeah, we should finally have everything."
She followed the pair to the counter to purchase the Remembralls, still hovering around Pyce to make sure they were really okay. "Are you sure you're okay? You're not pretending, are you?" She felt horrible for crushing Pyce, even if it was entirely on accident. If only they didn't put the Remembralls on the top shelf where any 11-year-old wouldn't be able to grab them easily. Seriously, who thought that'd be a good idea? There was no way the older kids could lose them that often, to the point that they moved them up higher for the older kids to grab. Once they were at the counter, she put the three Remembralls on the counter to be rung up, letting Hecate handle the buying before she turned back to Pyce. "I'm really sorry again about that. I should've been paying more attention."

"I'm really okay, promise." Pyce reassured Kate, their lungs finally working properly again. "Stuff happens. It's alright!" They really were fine. Pyce didn't want Katelyn to feel so guilty about this.
Hecate finished up buying the Remembralls, and turned back to the two. "They're fiiine! Pyce is pretty resilient." Hecate playfully nudged Pyce, though softer than he usually would. The care was appreciated. "Anyway, now that we've got these," Hecate held up the three orbs. "We've got one last thing, don't we?" He smiled, it wasn't the same mischievous look he had when plotting something, which was nice. It was genuine excitement. Pyce found themself mirroring the expression.
"Right! Katelyn, are you ready to get your wand?" Pyce was ready, they had been waiting for this! Hecate had been too! It felt a little bit daunting, but the ability to finally perform magic, the one thing that truly cemented one's place in the wizarding world, at least- Pyce thought so- But it was finally upon them!
It would also be the first time either twin had ever been inside Ollivander's. There had never been a reason for them to be in there before, quite unlike most shops in Diagon Alley. That just added to the adventure of it all!
"It is the last thing on the list!" Hecate looked down at all the supplies the trio had accrued. "We're still okay carrying all this, right?"
"Are you offering to carry it yourself?" Hecate shrugged. Pyce narrowed their eyes. The answer was yes, they knew it, but of course, Hecate was being Hecate.
