Unwanted by her parents, she was sent away to an asylum of sorts after an incident that happened with a little boy. One eventful day, a boy is sent to her asylum cell, as a cellmate. Little does she know, her whole life is about to change.

Ella Minnow Pea is an engaging and wonderful story which explores societal reliance on language as well as the human predisposition to fight to cling onto who we are as individuals and communities, all whilst exploring the danger of excessive power, and human resistance.
I'd absolutely recommend this book for anyone who enjoys literature, as well as anyone who simply loves a good read, or who enjoys interesting methods of storytelling.

A 'Progressively Lipogramatic Epistolary Fable' it tells a wonderful story through letters, highlighting the deterioration of society through the deterioration of language and how people find new and creative ways to hold onto their sense of self during times of censorship and dictation.

Reducioa group of animals who rebel against humans and become their own masters. Things work smoothly at first, and the animals revel in their freedom and have equality. However, the pigs become power-hungry and become the new oppressors of the animals and become indistinguishable from humans.
Personal Opinion:Classic. Really recommend it!!.

Personal Opinion: An old classic, though it was banned, it's still very very good, I really recommend it.
