Chinese Fireball Heartstring Fireball Heartstrings tend to have an affinity for fire. Catalonian Fireballs for flames, and Chinese Fireballs for explosions. Akari definitely isn’t going to be exploding anything anytime soon, at least intentionally, but he’s a very outspoken person, unafraid to express his thoughts and opinions, like fireworks! Akari likes fireworks. He’s a fiery boi and loves to spread warmth and joy.

30.5 cm / 12 in It is said that longer wands are well-matched for people that are lively and dramatic. Akari is very high-spirited, expressive, and enthusiastic, but while he seems to have a near-boundless source of energy all the time, he doesn’t like being the center of attention among people he doesn’t know. A wand fit for him wouldn’t be too long, just on the longer side of the scale.

Flexibility
Fairly Bendy Akari is a very open-minded child. Despite his sort-of prejudiced family history, which his father broke away from, he thinks everyone deserves second chances, and probably third chances, too. He likes being friends with everyone and can’t resist being his warm, sparkly self. When faced with challenges, Akari keeps a positive attitude and tries to find the best way forward.

Flavor
Users of cherry wood wands tend to seek power in terms of force or might rather than cleverness or luck. It is very rare and often makes for a wand with destructive power. It is most highly prized by the wizarding students of the school of Mahoutokoro in Japan, where cherry wand owners enjoyed special prestige. A Chinese Fireball core can make a Bombarda look like a firework. Green Sparks and Red Sparks spells tend to be particularly spectacular, they can change the hue ever so slightly to make impressive fireworks displays. They produce spectacular spells, both in strength and vibrance of color, and are known to have a special talent for all spellwork that is related to explosions. Dragon heartstrings in general learn spells faster and easier but are more prone to accidents.
