I would usually owl people specifically but as this is a whole thread asking purebloods about their car passion and I feel like it has given some people a wrong idea, I'll just post a quick clarification-
There is no market for enchanted cars, this is not a common thing and very much falls into the category of muggle items such as phones and similar. Arthur Weasley was fined for enchanting his car and your characters would also be facing legal consequences for the misuse of muggle artefacts.
This also means a magical car mechanic does not exist (@Zoe Lee, this is relevant for you).
