"A half-breed is a mix between a non-human creature and a human. Whether that human be muggle or of wizard blood, doesn't effect the half-breed all too much. I, personally, don't think blood or species defines a being. Therefore, I couldn't care about blood status or if one is a half-breed. It wouldn't dictate my opinion of them." Sophie listened to what Finn said, which made questions fly around in her head again. She carefully chose one that would be worth asking (unlike the other question she formulated in her brain, she didn't know why but it was "Are you're shoes red?") "So if someone's dad was a goblin or something, they would be considered a half-breed." She paused. "But if someone's mom was a veela, would they be considered a half-breed? Because I don't know if veelas are considered human... but anyway, I think half-breeds are kinda cool. The way I see it, it's really cool how all of them can be wizards at the same time."

Wait was that too much? No I am not thinking about that again. I am going to focus. But somehow, the 'I am going to focus' part sounded stupid and idiotic. It made her sound like she was, well, what she couldn't describe.

Finn's eyes widened in awe, happiness flooding him. He nodded. "Though, it extends further than just parents. The original non-human could be from many generations back." he explained, "Like great-great-grandparents, though then the non-human trait could become very watered-down; for a lack of a better term." he paused for a second. "But no, veela are not considered human."

He looked at her, remembering how he forgot to tell her exactly why he asked. "I asked these questions simply because a big part of my beliefs are equality. I don't care for blood, house, or species prejudice. Those are things I simply cannot let slide. My aunt has been trying to teach me the importance of all-being-equality, even if the beings aren't similar."

"Wow, that's... Sophie took a deep breath. "That's a lot to say about half-breeds and prejudice against certain people." Sophie wasn't sure if the next part made sense because it probably didn't. "But I liked it!" She smiled. Don't tell me I said the wrong thing again... She pushed away those thoughts, they were so annoying! She tried to focus on what Finn's reply would be, but failed miserably because her mind was driving her nuts. "Do you want to meet up somewhere?" She asked him. Gringotts.. Quality Quidditch Supplies... Her mind went on and on about all the places in Diagon Alley. She hoped they'd get to meet again, Finn seemed to be a great friend.
