Quill Pals
I was cleaning out my dorm, and reorganizing it, when I found an unopened letter from my quill pal Rita! Oh my gosh! I thought and immediately ripped it open. I read it and smiled. I grabbed a quill and immediately wrote a reply.
I rushed off to the owlery and gave my letter to a snowy owl. I went back to my dorm, and looked at the cleaning mess that was going on. Well. I’ll never be done by bedtime if I just stand here. I grabbed a empty chocolate frog wrapper and put it in my trash pile.Dear Rita,
Sorry It’s taken me a bit longer to reply, I have been busy, this letter got burried under a stack of books! I found it while I was cleaning out my dorm. Thanks for letting me know about the pride errand stuff. What are you naming your cat? Before I get one I need to think of a good name. I love meeting others pets and learning about how they named them. I hope I can meet your cat soon! I love animals, and can’t wait until third year to do Care of Magical Creatures. Hope to see you soon!

Quill Pals
When Rita arrived in her dorm later that day, she found a letter waiting for her on her desk delivered by an owl. It is from her quill pal Cara! She quickly browsed through the letter, sat down on her comfy chair, and took out her quill and a paper to write a reply to her. This is what she wrote:

When Rita finished writing her reply, she also give the letter to a snowy owl after putting it in an envelope. Then, she left to take a rest while waiting for Cara to receive and reply to it.Dear Cara,
It`s all right, you are never too late, you don`t have to apologize to me! I know it`s not possible to always reply on time since we both have our own staff to cope with.
Glad to hear that you love my cat Peanut! He is a half-year-old active boy who is extremely dependent on him. He always runs around me and is friendly to both me and strangers. I have registered him in @Quinn Roots's Hogwarts Pet Society club so if you get a pet later, you can also register in this club.
I am also looking forward to the Care of Magical Creatures lesson in the Third Year to learn about different magical creatures. See you there then!
Bu the way, I don`t know what he is doing right now, maybe he is on a summer camp or a vacation? I just hope he will at least reply to us sometime afterward!

When I woke up a letter was waiting for me on my desk. It was from Rita my quill pal. I ripped it open and read it. I smiled and grabbed my letter writing supplies off my desk.

I love the name Peanut! The breed of cat I want is the same kind as Quinn's, a Silver Siberain. I have a few name ideas, but not sure if I really like them. My favorites are Moon, Silver, and Lavender. Moon and Silver could be either gender, but I think that if I end up using Lavender, it would be a girl. I am super exited that we are both officially second years! I hope you are doing well! Hope to see you soon!

When Rita came back to my dorm from my classroom this evening when the class finally finishes, she saw a letter waiting for me on my desk. It was from my quill pal, Cara. Cara responded to her letter quickly as usual. Rita quickly browsed through her letter and took out her quill and a paper to write her a reply. That is what she wrote:

After writing,this letter, she put it jnto an envelope and ran to owlery to give the letter to a snowy owl, waiting for Cara to see and reply to it. After that, she went back to her dorm, finished her assignment before going to bed and taking a rest to prepare for the next day.Dear Cara,
Glad to hear from you again. Thank you for your interest to peanut. She really is a nice cat! Maybe you can share some information of your cat when you got one! Yeah, we are second year student now and we have to write at least 400 words for our assignment RP!
