What was this? There were rumors, RUMORS, of a TALENT SHOW taking place! Oh that sounds absolutely dreamy! If I should attend, I think I have some money. I'm sure it costs some to enter the Talent Show, it is, according to rumors, their first Talent Show, which belongs to the newly founded Theatre Club, is truly unique. Rumors were, there were prizes for the winning three contestants. There seemed to be a lot of rumors at this school. But there was five people put up on a poster outside of the Theatre Club.
Archery, Dancing, Singing, Violin, AND Muggle Magic? That was something that seemed to intrigue Cody. He grabbed out his small bag of money, holding fifteen sickles. "How much money is a ticket, ma'am?" (@Hildegard Schneider and @Samantha Salwis) Cody asked, innocently, to the girl running the ticket stand.
He paid her the correct amount of sickles, grabbed the ticket, and took a glance around the Rehearsal Room. It truly was dark, but it seemed to be enchanting, in a way. You'd understand that Hogwarts is a magic school, but this looks like an advanced version of Hogwarts, as if it was created with extremely youthful kids who seemed to know what went where. Noah Jupe, the short human from Gryffindor, seemed to lock eyes with Cody, welcoming him to the Theatre Club. Cody nodded, reaching out to shake his hand. The Gryffindor did so, wishing him luck. (@Noah Jupe deactivated)
He looked around once more, and came across the concession stands. Cody looked inside his small bag of currency, and noted that he now had 24 knuts and 14 sickles left. "I will have the Virgin Butterbeer, and one chocolate frog, please." He grabbed out two sickles and smiled as he gave them to the boy (@Matthew Gray) working at the concession stands.
As he left the concession stands, he went down to the only vacant spot in the front row of the House, which is what the Theater kids call the audience seating area. As Noah announced the people working for the Talent Show tonight, he noticed that Cassandra Ironwoods and Katherine Labrouder was two people that willingly helped out Noah, but he smiled. He wondered who the new Co-Host was.
The boy celebrated as a Hufflepuff male, Simon Kincaid, grabbed his guitar and sang. Cody wiped his eyes. That performance was FLAWLESS! It was so perfect, Cody had to clap extra hard. Surely all the performances are amazing. (@Simon Kincaid)
Cassandra Ironwoods (@Cassandra Ironwoods) seemed to be the new Co-host, as she thanked Simon for performing. And Avery Chen, who seemed to be a youthful Slytherin, was welcomed onstage with a... violin? (@Avery Chen)
Cody laughed, not in intention of being mean to others, but that the Violin was bigger than the boy as it seemed. Chen's performance was not as flawless as Simon's performance was, as it seemed that he missed a few notes. They might've been minor notes, as Cody didn't cover his ears during that performance. He applauded, impressed with the Violinist, it was the Fisherman Song?
Cassandra thanked him, and Paige went onstage. Her reflective, holographic jacket was a little distracting, but it was so immersing. Her footsteps moved with elegant grace, but yet, her performance was not perfect either. But it was enough to cause everyone to clap harder than they thought they did. (@Paige Grant deactivated)
Cody thought it was needless to say, but he yelled out, "GO PAIGE! GO SIMON! GO AVERY! THOSE WERE FANTASTIC PERFORMANCES!"
The boy clapped, finishing up the last bit of his Virgin Butterbeer, and the chocolate frog, making sure to squeeze it so it wouldn't attempt to jump away. After finishing those delicacies, he threw away the wrappers, cups, and kept the Card of Wendilin the Weird.
He walked back to the Concession Stands, picking Pumpkin Juice, Pumpkin Pastry, and three hot dogs. Sure, the boy was wasting his money, but he thought it was worth it. It was such a great show so far! And what seemed to be up next, was extreme archery and muggle magic! That was bound to be interesting. He paid the female who worked at the concession stands, ten sickles. (@Samantha Salwis) He walked back to his seat, preparing himself for the final two performances.
"YES! GO! YOU ARE ALL VERY TALENTED!"

A Note: I don't take over the Theatre Club until AFTER the Talent Show IC, OOC, I am the Founder. So, address me as a audience member
A Second Note: Feel free to godmod as Noah Jupe, but keep in mind that he has his fears, and he will give a dorky answer. Especially if its to be responsible. (So, to Hildegard, just to let you know, you can mention that Noah Jupe walked over to you and overheard you mentioning the possibility of using a jinx on people, and he'll glare at you intensely, telling you not to do that because it is not nice, and we want a positive outlook on the Theatre Club.)
