Yes! We can organise different activities, like, as you said, discussing ways to improve Elf rights, but also putting up signs for awareness, meeting with elves, etc...
We could hold those meetings as RPGs, where all members can participate or not as they wish. However meetings once a week might be a little too much- what about once every month? (IC date, that is)

Sorry about being unclear- you can either delete the options that you aren't choosing, cross them out (like this). The 'E' is where you can put any other answer (if you don't choose the options already listed).

As for the meeting time period, the in character date (IC date)- meaning the date that our characters would be attending the meeting- would be one of the dates listed in question 1. It could take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening- doesn't really matter.
For example, I could write: Elisa went to the S.P.E.W meeting on September 8th.

In real life, however, the meeting RPG thread will be open for as long as it takes for us to finish the role play.
Meaning, we can start the RP thread as soon as we decide on the date and topic. Members will respond as their characters- that might take a few days. We continue like that, until the story of the meeting (the RPG) is finished. All that regardless of the IC date.
