What is a summer camp without a bit of mischief and ample chaos? Have no fear, you will get your chance to unleash a bit of your own unique mayhem or take some revenge on your peers! No one at camp will be safe! This is the declaration of the summer camp’s secret Prank Wars! You better be ready for the time for war has finally come…
Mistress of chaos, Captain Allison Krug, has approached the school’s Groundskeeper to ensure there would be ample supplies available to each tent willing to take part. Notes were delivered to the participating crews on their rivals for the ensuing war!Gameplay:Reducio
- There will be the Perpetrator Phase and Victim phase for each round
- At the start of each round, one team will be designated the ‘Perpetrators’. Their job is to plot and prank the other tent/group. The Perpetrators will have one week to post any plotting and attempted pranks before there will be a Moderation post. This Moderation will roll to see the successes and failures of your pranks and stealth. (You don’t want to be found out!)
- Each member of the Perpetrators can either do an individual prank or work with teammates for larger pranks to improve the success rate and scale of the prank.
- The other group/tent will be designated as ‘The Victims’ of that round. After the moderation, the Victim team can react to the successful or failed pranks against them and begin plotting their own revenge. This Victim Phase will also receive one week.
- Once the Victim Phase ends, the team roles will swap and a new round will begin. So if Team A is the Perpetrator in Round One, Team A will be the Victims in Round Two.
- If supplies are needed for certain pranks, the Groundskeeper is happy to provide them with no questions asked for they are a strong supporter of creative expression.

To take on the massive and powerful Team 5, the smaller Team 6 and 9 have banded together to unleash equal chaos and mayhem. May the craziest team find victory on the high seas! To seize an advantage, Team 6 and 9 will strike first against the invaders!
In this Perpetrator Phase, the designated Perpetrators of the round will be given an OC week to plot, plan and attempt to unleash pranks on the other team.
Perpetrators: Teams 6 and 9
- At the end of the week, moderation rolls will be done to determine the success and failures of the pranks. Failing might be just as entertaining as succeeding...
- Each Perpetrator will be allowed to take 1 action in this phase. The action can either be a specific prank that they are trying to pull or designating that they are assisting another one of the perpetrators with their prank for a higher success rate.
- If your action is an attempted prank, you must also designate either an individual target or the whole victim team. Attempting to prank the entire team with one prank will have very high difficulty.
- Perpetrators can post multiple times in the phase (for IC discussion/strategy) if desired but only their final post's action will be considered.
- Be creative but realistic with what your pranks are. Chaos and mischief are highly encouraged!
Victims: Team 5
- During the Perpetrator Phase, no action is required by the victims. You are simply the targets of their wrath!
- Once the moderation has been posted, then the Phase will shift, and your characters can react to the successful and failed pranks to begin plotting revenge.

Just past the afternoon peak, the sun tipping from high noon into the afternoon slump, beginning its decent after a long morning of illuminating, and cooking the grounds. The hottest part of the day had come and gone, making way for the eventual cool of night, though there was much to do before that time.
The camp was a bustle, events were going on, games were played, meet ups, and hang outs a plenty. You could hear the buzz of the atmosphere from miles away. This was the perfect time to set up, and set off a series of pranks. What better time, when distraction was just there, no need to plan it, or pray for it, everyone was preoccupied with their own activities, who would notice a small collective of students banning together to set off some havoc?
Monica was grateful to be added into another group, signing up for prank wars alone was not her ideal situation to take on, but she wanted to be involved so badly that she risked being a solo act for this event, but in favour of fairness, she was paired up with another tent, and one with far more familiar faces than she could have hoped for.
Stage set, game match. Time to engage the plan, set off this war with a bang, or at least a cold shower.
The two older years, Ivy and Evelyn, were off to create a rain shower in team 5's tent, all while the rest of the group was off to transfigure the suitcases into matchboxes.
It was a simple plan, but none the less exciting.
Monica's mission was Hiro's suitcase, a student from another school that seemed to be in every event with Monica since the beginning of camp. It only made sense for her to be the one to prank him.
As they all approached the tent, Monica couldn't help but keep a watch over her shoulder, no one was set up for guarding, and insuring the coast remained clear, but it didn't seem necessary because of choosing to strike during the afternoon... who went back to their tent mid activity? At least that was the hope.
Approaching the tent, Monica could feel her heart racing out of her chest. Nothing beat the feeling of sneaking around, engaging a plan, and trying to get away with it. There was a thrill to this, but also skills, one does not simply loose their cool in battle, you had to temper your excitement, utilize the adrenaline provided to you, and keep a calm level head, otherwise the mission would be a bust.
Monica peered inside the tent, located her target, a suitcase right by Hiro's marked bed... She pulled out her wand, eyeing her teammates, waiting for the go ahead for casting.
A breath... a moment settled in, the calm before the storm. Her heart beats had overtaken her senses, being the only sound she could hear. She could feel the beads of sweat as they trickled down her face. The sun roasting her back, and the wind gently caressing her hair.
Holding her wand to the left she spoke out, "FLINT-i-fors" The storm had been unleashed.

The afternoon sun was high in the sky as June and her tent-mates (plus Monica Evans) snuck across the quidditch stadium. The mission was simple, in and out, two moments. June wasn't much of a "prankster", but Maggie's reasons for June to throw her hat in the ring of practical jokes were quite compelling. After all, June had been on a reputation kick for some time, and here was the perfect chance.
"I think this is the one," June softly spoke to the group as they approached the 'barracuda' themed tent. June read the quote on the tent aloud, "One of the fastest predators in the sea, books say barracuda rarely eat people but very few can read..." She blinked in confusion. "Well, obviously. They're fish."
June was one of the last to enter the tent, carefully slipping in after someone had ensured no one was inside. She poked around the aquatic tent, trying to find the international students' luggage. She looked under a bunk bed, pulling out the first bag she could find. Grabbing her wand in her hand, she concentrated on the object in front of her. Only her first time transfiguring an object outside of class, no big deal. "I'm glad we're actually using this spell. Honestly don't think I'd ever cast it outside of getting a grade for it in class..." June took a breath, as she attempted to turn whoever's bag she had pulled out into a matchbox. "Flintifors."Action: Casting the Matchbox Transformation Spell on Aryaan Shamsi's (Hui Ming) luggage, attempting to... Turn it into a matchbox.

Arrival at Camp
xxxxxxxxSunhigh. Hot day. Sun shining into Maggie's eyes, even through the sunglasses she had thrown on.
Operation: Prank War.
When Maggie had seen that they had the opportunity to partake in a competition to prank another tent, she leapt. She dragged June into the idea of it, insisting that it would be great fun and they'd have a blast doing it. Plus, she'd begged, we can have so much fun together! Obviously, Maggie wanted to attend summer camp to have a good time and get more integrated into the Hogwarts culture or whatever, learn about more upperclassmen and connect with others, but deep down? Deep down she really just wanted to spend some quality time with her best friend. June had been meeting a lot of new people, Maggie had noticed. For some reason, a little green monster called jealousy had been creeping its way up her throat and settling on her tongue, where it watched everyone else with bated breath, threatening to pinch and scream and cry at any sign of abandonment. June's new connection with just about half of the entire population of Hogwarts was starting to cast doubt on how much Maggie meant as a friend.
Which was silly, she knew. Maybe summer camp would make it all better.
Maggie ducked her head and slid into the tent with some weird approximation of a James Bond sneaky moment. "I don't even remember learning this," she admitted with a little laugh, grabbing a random suitcase from underneath one of the beds and whipping out her wand. Each time she touched it, it seemed to whir with energy and noise, excitement that its partner was using it. ───•─•────────────────────────────────────•─•───Prank Wars. Even the name of it sounded juvenile. This was not at all something in which Evelynn had felt either interested or invested. She would have been more than alright to keep her distance from the event and all of those who found themselves drawn to it. There was a particular order to her things, and any invitation to mess with that order seemed like asking for trouble without any benefit. Of course, others might argue, suggesting that the chance to invoke a bit of mischief on another tent would be well worth the sacrifice of personal comfort.
Evidently, Evelynn was in the opposing minority in that respect. And yet, having wanted nothing to do with such antics, she would tag along anyway, trailing at a distance. Her purpose: to ensure the rest did not cross any lines or get so caught up in the moment that common sense should escape them. She would be the reining force and ensure no rules by overtly broken in the process. The fact that she might happen to correct pronunciation or point out clever uses of spells was just happenstance. And somehow, she managed to get roped in to participation.
It really wasn't so horrid, she would reason. A little rain never hurt anyone. They ought to be able to dry themselves off with a hot air charm. And if the trunks were to be transfigured into matchboxes, they ought to be positioned in a spot that kept them out of the rainfall. "Caelum muto," she would whisper, slipping into the tent only enough to point her wand to the interior's ceiling with the intent to conjure some spring showers.Action: Casting Atmospheric Charm—rain

Moderation
Perpetrators Round 1: Team 6 and 9
Banding together, the two teams quickly invaded the Tent of Team 5 to unleash a bit of mischief. Keeping things simple and relying on their magical prowess, the perps were successful across the board in making a curious mess of the other tent.
@Monica Evans was able to successfully cast the always handy Flintifors spell to turn the suitcase of Hiro Bakugo (@Kim Sato) into a cute little matchbox. Hopefully, there wasn't anything too important in it.
But that wasn't the only new matchbox in the tent. Both @June Selwyn and @Maggie Hawkins were able to successfully cast the spell. June targeted the luggage of Aryaan Shamsi (@Hui Ming) while Maggie helped out Chiako Narumi (@Hunter Argentum by turning their suitcase into a matchbox. Matchboxes for everyone!
But @Evelynn Decipio had other, non-matchbox ideas in mind. Showing off her considerable magical talents, they were able to expertly cast the Atmospheric Charm inside the beautiful tent. Small rain clouds formed before unleashing a healthy amount of rain throughout the tent. Hopefully, no one would mind some nice soggy beds. Perhaps the other team was similar to frogs and would appreciate the now swampy room!

In this Victim Phase, the designated Victims of the round will be given an OC week to react to the successful and failed pranks done to them. They can also begin to plan their own retaliation pranks to start getting a bit of revenge.
There are no required actions during the Victim Phase, as it will be followed by Round 2's Perpetrator phase where the Victims of round 1 can do their pranks. However, if all of the Round 1 victims wish to post their prank action during this Victim phase, I will happily moderate it and bypass the additional week.
Perpetrators: Teams 6 and 9
- The Perpetrators do not need to post in this phase and have no actions to take in the victim phase. However, you can post reaction posts to your successful pranks if you wish. They will not be moderated but can allow you some IC reactions. Otherwise your next post would be after being pranked.

Ayako prided herself on her instincts. They tended to serve her well. She was quite the skilled flyer, and she was quite the sparrer in her Aikido classes. Her reflexes had - over the course of the previous year - become less about seeing threats and responding to them and more about instinctively noticing threats and trusting her body to respond. She still used her, eyes, sure, but sometimes her instincts served her best.
This was one of those times when they didn't serve her as quickly as she would have liked.
She was already quite wet before she noticed the rain inside the tent. She blinked and looked up from her book before realization finally dawned on her. She jumped up from her bunk angrily and grabbed the nearest blunt object - which she assumed was probably Hiro's Beater bat. Swinging it in a wide arc, in case the perpetrator was still nearby, she growled into the distance. The bat seemed to be heading straight at Hiro's head, but she wasn't concerned. He'd probably dodge it.
Her clothes were soaked and her peaceful study hour was ruined. She had to figure out who was responsible and get revenge, but for now she was powerless with no option but to accept the embarrassing and infuriating situation.
"Damn it!" she swore in Japanese, scrambling for her wand under her pillow and casting a quick Umbrella Charm. She crossed her arms angrily and seethed.

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | Hiro had been very active. But that came as no surprise because Hiro normally was incredibly active, especially when it came to summer. What with the summer quidditch games, dueling tournament, broom racing and various summer events going on, there was hardly enough time to think about what to do next. Hiro hadn't signed up for every event, even though it had been tempting to do so. Mostly because he also wanted to observe others and take some time for himself too. He'd signed up for a number of things but hadn't participated in the larger events this time. Yesterday he'd done so much he'd exhausted himself for once. So he'd gone to bed early and zonked out almost immediately, his body tired. Originally, when he'd first gone into the tent, he'd just set his suitcase off to the side. But as Akira kept nagging all of them to be neat, he'd ended up putting it beneath his bed instead. Although, most of the others had continued to just leave them out wherever. As a result, Hiro didn't even realize his suitcase had been turned into a matchbox when he returned to the tent after the pranks had been done. If it wasn't within his sight and he didn't want to get anything out of it or take anything from it, Hiro wouldn't usually look for it. As for the rain that had gone on inside the tent... Well, it didn't matter much to him. Even though it had made the sheets all wet and damp, Hiro had been too tired to react to the state of the sheets. However, Hiro was rudely woken up by a bat to the side of his head, which had thankfully not connected to his temple. The item responsible for the blow had been his bat, which he tended to keep close by his bedside. Even though it hadn't hit one of the main two dangerous areas (temple or back of the head), it had still hurt a lot and promptly woke him up from a sound sleep. It had actually just barely missed his temple, which could be considered lucky for him. But Hiro wasn't really thinking about being 'lucky' right now, since his head was pounding from pain. The force from the bat had also unexpectedly launched him part-way onto the bed of his bedmate. Who happened to be Akira. So Hiro was now half sprawled onto Akira's bed and half sprawled onto his own. He could even possibly be partly on Akira himself, depending on where Akira had been sleeping at the time. "Oww...." Hiro groaned, not even sure what was going on. Something hard had hit him in the head, now there was pain everywhere and his vision was blurry. He wasn't even sure what was happening right now. It wasn't comfortable where he was right now, but where was he? Hiro tried to figure out what was going on but couldn't focus that well. Where was he? ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────

There was a bit more space in their tent today, but Akira didn't think much of it. Perhaps Shamsi, Narumi, and Hiro had finally decided to clean up their messes after his constant nagging -- or, rather, his polite but pointed suggestions that they clear their suitcases from walkways where one was prone to tripping over them. Ever the tidy young boy, his own suitcase was neatly closed and stashed away under his bed, as always. Not a single bit of clothing was exposed.Roleplaying as Akira Shimizu from Mahoutokoro
But something else seemed amiss as he sat on the foot of his bed. He realized that his bedsheets were wet. "What the hell--" How was it wet inside the tent? It could only mean one thing. Scowling and cursing under his breath, he reached for his wand.
He thought heard a loud smack and an exclamation of pain from Hiro (if he fell/tripped/whatever). "What happened?!" he exclaimed, before the boy's weight fell next to him, onto his bed "Get off, Bakugo," he growled in a foul mood and gave the boy a light shove in an attempt to push him off, quite irritated that his bed had already been ruined by this weather modifying charm.
"Whoever did this is going pay," he snarled, just as the rain began to die down. No one messed with Mahoutokoro and got off scott-free.
"Aer Calidus," he incantated as he stood up, wand pointed towards his bed to dry off the rain with a blast of warm air. "Do any of you need help drying your things?" he asked out of politeness, but actually hoping that all his peers at least knew the Hot-Air Charm, so he wouldn't be bothered. In fact, there were some people he'd probably be more inclined to help than others.
