"DON'T LEAVE ME!" The Swede's voice rang through the boy's dormitory as Felix jolted awake, cold beads of sweat clinging to his body. He had soaked through his pajamas and sheets, his pillow lay discarded on the stone floor. His prison was of his own design, the scenery before him all too familiar; the chessboard from Hogwarts, the very one used in the Hexwizard Tournament. Despite being indoors, an eerie fog hovered just above the floor, tendrils of mist curling and weaving around his frame like the fragments of his sanity. The world seemed devoid of color, as if life itself had been drained away. Deep cracks ran along the game board, oozing inky black shadows as if the board itself were bleeding.
Just like his vision during the Hexwizard tournament, his team was no more, rubble and dust were all that remained, and Felix lay collapsed onto the cold surface of the game board, his hands clutching at the emptiness where they once stood.
The fog thickened, a suffocating shroud that blurred the lines between reality and nightmare, each wisp taunting his failures silently until it begin to curl together, weaving as it formed itself into an uncanny reflection of himself.
But this shadow Felix didn't look quite right... His eyes were but hollow voids that seemingly stared endlessly at him. Its gaunt face twisted into ridged unnaturally sharp features. Mirror Felix's skin was ashy, almost translucent, his veins were visible and looked as if they were filled with an inky substance, like shadows pulsing beneath the surface of his skin. It wore the same clothing as Felix, but shredded and hanging off of its spectral frame. His body was contorted with hunched shoulders as if it had spent a lifetime carrying an unbearable weight.
Its mouth slowly hung agape, as the gurgling sound from its throat started to form words, "𐌓𐌋𐌄𐌀𐌔𐌄!" His haunting scream echoed endlessly, a desperate plea torn from his soul. "Don't leave me alone! Don't leave me alone! Don't leave me alone!"
Slamming the palm of his hands against his ears to try and block out the creature's noise, Felix could only scream back at himself.
“Yefim… Lysander… Greta… Mikael… Val…” His breath came in ragged, panicked gasps as he struggled to disentangle himself from the suffocating grip of his nightmare, to decipher what reality was. It was the same problem that had plagued him for almost a year now. 'I'm here. I'm at Durmstrang.' He thought to himself, squeezing his eyes shut.
It was October. Most of the school had left to attend another damn ball at Hogwarts, but Felix found himself unable to return to the place that had plunged him into his living hell. For the past year he had been a shell of himself, hardly able to keep up with a conversation without his mind drifting off. His zombie like state had cost him his relationship with George, and had strained several friendships. It didn't help that Yefim was gone and that Felix struggled to remember that he wasn't gone because he had turned into stone and shattered before his very eyes.

It was night time and a number of the dorm mates had gone to that stupid Hogwarts trip, which Arjan was definitely not still fuming about. This did mean, however, that the place was quieter than usual. That coupled with the fact it was night time - which was how this entire thing started off - meant it was dead quiet and peaceful. And Arjan was all here for it. After all, the only sound he enjoyed hearing was the sound of his own voice and there was absolutely zero reason he had to stop talking just because he was alone.
The boy had started to snore - which was definitely also a very beautiful sound, of course that he simply could not hear, much to his own dismay. But the sound of some idiot tossing, turning and screaming caused him to grunt, grumble and groan. "Shut. The. Fuck. Up." Arjan groaned way too quietly for the other to hear as he turned in his bed, trying to drown out the noise of the idiot.
The noises continued for a short while, causing the Eighth year Durmstrang to get more and more angry by the second. With zero hesitation, he pulled the sheets off and started to march towards the sound - without bothering to put a hoodie on. He was dressed in a pair of red plaid pyjama bottoms, no t-shirt and no slippers.
A scream echoed throughout the dorm, begging in pure desperation for someone to not leave them. The half-asleep Arjan frowned for a moment. The voice sounded somewhat familiar but he couldn't place what idiot would be such a loser right now. Begging not to be left alone? What, did some guy just get dumped? Was he dreaming of his ex, trying to beg them to stay or something? Ugh. He was going to kill him.
Besides, why would someone even be worried about others leaving them? Who cares?! The Great Arjan Oberoi was here, after all. This was clearly the place to be, for he was here. So why was anyone missing other people? Geesh. That was ridiculous. Who else would they even need or want in their life when they could bask in his presence and glory?
Approaching the source of the sound, he came across the irritating Swede that had annoyed him for years now. Of course it was Felix. Who else would be such a loser? He frowned further as he heard the names. He paused at Lysander's name, causing Arjan to tense for a moment as his eyes widened slightly in a moment of panic. Had something happened to him? No. No. If so, Arjan would know before this dumb shit. Names of other fellow Durmstrang students who, very likely, were either trying to sleep right now and struggling because of the noise or over in Scotland where they were likely also trying to sleep. Was it acceptable to punch a sleeping guy?
With Felix's eyes squeezed shut, Arjan assumed he was still asleep and dreaming. The old Durmstrang sighed irritably. Yet again, he was going to have to be a hero. The world just never appreciated him enough. He had saved his useless kid from drowning once before, despite hating him and losing the chance of speaking to potentially the most beautiful girl he had ever seen as a result. Now he had to save him from a nightmare because the boy missed his friends? Really? He couldn't survive a couple of weeks without them? Geesh. Hogwarts wasn't even fun. It was not worth going to.
Okay. Arjan was still very much annoyed by a certain Hufflepuff part-goblin he had once shared a house with and he had absolutely no idea how to deal with that yet. The emotions from the discovery that he was, in fact, not his father's son were something he was not quite sure how to process. They left invisible scars on his heart and he just wanted to avoid thinking about it, because that was the only way to deal with it. Unfortunately, he thought about it more often than not. "Oh, for the love of Stribog, will you calm down?" He snapped as he grabbed Felix by both shoulders and tried to shake the boy awake, "They went to Scotland. They didn't die, geesh," Arjan continued having no idea that Felix dreamt of their death, "Or hell, they are probably down the fuckin' hall, trying to sleep but struggling because of you," He continued like the absolute hero he was.
Arjan was done with this nonsense. It was loud and he did not appreciate it. He just wanted to sleep - he was exhausted. He needed a good eight hours of beauty sleep to look as incredible as he did and this was really eating into that time. Of course, he would still be incredibly handsome without the sleep. It was just optimal to look like the Statue of Perfection that he normally emulated. His usually perfectly coiffed hair was slightly messy and he was still slightly drowsy from being rudely woken up. He even had to stifle a yawn on his way here!
All he knew now was that he was going to wake Felix up and get the idiot to shut the hell up. He was ready to pick him up and throw him across the room if that was what needed to happen to wake him up. He shook his shoulders whilst talking, hoping to knock some sense into the white haired weirdo.
OOC: I took the liberty of saying Felix was making some noise in his sleep before the scream to give Arjan time to get up & get to his bed. Please let me know if you'd prefer I edit this out though.

The shuffle of feet against the stone floor would go unnoticed, as Felix’s heart still pounded relentlessly against his rib cage. He clung desperately to his mantra, his lifeline in the sea of fear and confusion. ‘I’m here, I’m at Durmstrang. I’m here, I’m at Durmstrang—‘
Suddenly, two strong hands gripped his shoulders, tearing him away from the fragile comfort of his mantra and thrusting him violently back into reality. His body shook as if a bolt of lightning had struck him.
In any other circumstance Felix might have shouted profanities at whoever dared to put their hands on him, but given that Val had been his anchor through so many nightmares, he had made the assumption that it was his friend was by his side. His arms shot forward to pull 'Valentin' into a hug. In his panicked state he was desperate to find something, anything, to cling onto so he could pin himself back down to reality.
"Yefim, stone? He’s stone, is that real, is—" Wait, why the hell did Val feel so… Bulky all the sudden? "Valentin...?"
He paused and slowly pulled back to stare up at whoever had just woken him up. In truth he was terrified the decaying Wight from his dreams would be in front of him, but unfortunately the vision that was waiting for him was far worse. A stupidly handsome face loomed above him, with features so perfect they seemed almost otherworldly, and a set of abs that looked chiseled by God himself, Felix could only do the worst thing he could; Blush. Darkly.
Oh for fuck sakes, he was obviously still dreaming. Why else would Arjan be here? Just when would this nightmare end?
“They’re alive? They’re alive.” The living statue of David had just confirmed as much. Felix has never experienced this part of his dream before, usually they stayed dead.
“You’re… you’re real? Or not?” He quickly questioned the Walking Hair Cut™, "You're not real. You're not real. You're another statue, you'll crumble soon too, you'll be gone, just like... They're gone... No, they're alive? They're--..." his brows knit together as he tried to focus on his face and not Arjan’s absurdly perfect physique. God dammit, how the hell could someone be built like that? It was ridiculous. He was such a damn idiot and— oh shit, Felix also wasn’t wearing a shirt— He suddenly became acutely aware of his own muscular form and how it must have looked puny in comparison. Stupid jerkface sexy Arjan, how dare he look better than Felix?
“D-Don’t— Don’t fucking look at me!” He stumbled over his words as he suddenly released the other boy, his hands desperately pulling the sheets up over his own chest, as if he were a chaste Victorian woman and Arjan was a dastardly rake keen on stealing his honour, instead of a pale edge lord of a teenager who had just soaked through his bedsheets.

Gross sweaty puny weak noodle arms wrapped around him all of a sudden. Because everyone's arms were weak and puny compared to him. They were all noodles that he could crush fairly easily, after all. Arjan blinked. There were a lot of things that he expected in life. He did, in fact, expect everyone to literally throw themselves at him with a desire to be with him. He even expected Felix to try and kiss him again - it would not be the first time, after all. What he did not expect was Felix to hug him.
He stayed frozen, leaning over him and just allowed himself to be hugged. He did not hug him back, his arms just frozen on his shoulders. All he could do was blink. What was this kid dreaming about and why did it involve hugging him?
When was the last time someone had hugged him? He was more the type of guy who smooched girls and then walked away before she wanted cuddles. This was weird. He had no idea how long the hug had lasted but he just blinked, staring at the boy after he pulled away. Right. He was saying words. Arjan should try to figure out what those words meant.
The older Durmstrang frowned slightly, trying to understand why Felix kept talking about stone. Did the school start erecting stone statues or something? Because if so, his statue better be first. If there was not an Arjan Oberoi Statue on the school grounds, immortalising his glory, he would be livid. He would destroy any other statues that they dared to make! "What the fuck are you on about? Of course they are alive," He responded, still trying to process what was going on.
They were alive, right? He swallowed slightly at the thought. Lysander was one of the names that he had said, right? Their relationship was slightly strained as of late. Things had been a bit distant with his friend, with the other acting a little funny around him. Arjan was also a bit awkward. He lied a lot, usually unshamedly. But lying to his closest friend was a lot harder. Lysander was the one person he had been somewhat honest with after the incident with the half-breed who shall not be named but even then, he had lied and made it out to be her fault rather than his own. Because of course, nothing was his fault! She was the one who was wrong!
Arjan sighed irritably, "Are you drunk? What the fuck you on about? Of course I'm real. I know it's pretty unbeliavable that perfection does exist," He continued. Why would he not be real? Was it really that hard to believe that Gods existed? Ah, yes, it probably was for mere mortals. Perfection was oh so rare for others, after all. An impossible dream, some would say.
"Are you stupid?" He questioned, "Those idiots are alive and I'm definitely not about to crumble. Not today, not ever. If you think immortality doesn't exist then you clearly can't recognise it when it's standing in front of you," He stated in such confidence, in such a matter of fact tone that it almost seemed like he was just stating he was wearing red trousers. But him? Crumble?! He would never! His muscles were not for show - though, who did not appreciate that show? Immortality, however, was attainable. At the very least, he wanted his legacy to live on forever. He believed that you were alive as long as you were remembered and his name would never be forgotten if he could help it. Who would not want to remember the Durmstrang God for centuries to come? The future people of the world would always sigh wistfully thinking of him, wishing they had the chance to meet him or even see him in person. They would dream of what it would be like to bask in his beautiful bright presence, a dream they would never accomplish but they could hope.
The words were spewing out of his mouth faster than his brain was able to process what he was saying, if he was being truthful. He was still slightly drowsy and all he wanted was Felix to shut the hell up and let him sleep, before he passed out right here, right now.
Felix finally released him, allowing him to straighten. He now towered over the bed, standing tall at over six foot two. The boy seemed to be freaking out all of a sudden, though Arjan could not work out why. Shyness was not an emotion that Arjan could comprehend. It was impossible to even fathom why the Swede was acting the way he was. Was Arjan meant to look somewhere else whilst talking to him? That was just... weird. Though, there was probably a mirror around and looking at perfection was always worth it.
"Alright, you spineless, pathetic, pale ass punk -" Arjan stated with a grumble, before turning away and walking off without another word. He literally walked away mid-sentence, giving Felix a view of his back as he left. With that, the glory of his presence evaporated.
He returned less than thirty seconds later but it probably felt like an eternity to Felix, because a moment without Arjan would feel like an eternity to anyone. In his hand, he had a couple of bottles. "Drink this and then I need you to chill the fuck out -" He stated, as he tossed him one of the bottles. It contained ice-cold water, kept in one of those bottles that kept the water cold for hours. As he spoke, he climbed over Felix's legs and sat against the wall on the other side of the bed, not bothering to ask for permission. Sitting against the wall, he bent his legs over Felix's knees, "and tell me what happened."
OOC: Lysander gave permission to say that he's been acting funny to Arjan for various reasons. Felix approved the dorm setting.

Grounding himself relied heavily on focusing on what was tangible. He knew for certain that he was sharing someone's body heat, an active that offered a lot of comfort to the shivering Swede. He also knew this person smelled nice, like a musky nutmeg with a hint of citrus. He felt sweet relief as his body finally went lax, reduced to the noodle-armed mess that Arjan (correctly) assumed he was.
It was a cruel twist of fate that all the tension he had just managed to shed would come rushing back like a boomerang striking him square in the face. He had expected his nightmare to end in darkness, not in the sight of some photoshopped figure who looked like he had just stepped out of a fucking Greek myth. He might have been an AI masterpiece if not for the fact that he had all ten fingers.
Of course they're alive.
The phrase repeated in his mind, a lifeline in his storm of emotions. Gradually, his frantic gasps for air subsided into steady panting. "You're not just... A part of my fucking dream?" He asked, seeking his confirmation one last time.
Felix felt like his eyes might roll straight out of his skull when Arjan went on about being perfect, "If you were perfect you wouldn't be this fucking insufferable." The Swede quipped without thinking. With Arjan here he was oddly starting to feel like himself again. The self that existed before the Hexwizard tournament had scarred him. It had been a while since he had felt... Whole again. He couldn't believe Arjan was annoying him into snapping out of it. Fucking Arjan.
"I'm not drunk." He snapped at the older boy, still shielding his precious body from the eyes of the demon hell had seemed to specially hand-crafted to torment him. "I was having a nightmare, which I can only assume has continued because you're here."
Even in his disoriented state, Arjan’s arrogance was as grating as ever. "If you're immortal I hope I die right now so I never have to see you again." Felix grumbled before he let out a shaky breath, trying to calm the remnants of his panic... Arjan’s confidence was oddly grounding.
As Arjan walked away mid-sentence, Felix couldn’t help but feel a pang of something—was it disappointment? Relief? It was hard to tell, but his entire world felt like it was sinking back into despair. Until he reappeared, suddenly sitting on the Swede's bed next to him. Felix could feel his cheeks heat up again, and he quickly glanced around the immediate area. There were quite a few books piled on the bedside table, as well as a photograph that showed his mother smiling and holding several krup puppies.
"I don't want your fucking ham feet on me--!" Felix stared to protest, his cold blue eyes flickering over to Arjan to glare disapprovingly, but it was probably discredited by the way he pouted like a sullen child. His eyes fell down to stare at the bottle offered to him, and he became keenly aware of just how much water he had wasted tossing and turning. Reluctantly, he reached out to accept the bottle.
"Did you poison this?" He half joked, half expecting it to secretly be a potion that made him lose all his hair. Fuck it, this night was turning out strange enough, what else could go wrong? He quickly unscrewed the cap and took a gulp, though his thirst soon became apparent as he stared chugging the entire bottle, trails of water sliding down his chin as he desperately hydrated his weakened body.
After he had finished, his hands fumbled with the bottle, still shaking slightly. Arjan was still there, and despite Felix's growing annoyance his presence was undeniably... ugh... Helpful. He wanted to throw up just thinking about it.
"... It's been since the Hexwizard," He reluctantly started to explain, "I... I keep having reoccurring nightmares since I was... Almost dead... They're all statues, all made of stone, then they... They just fucking crumble, every. single. damn. time. It's so... It looks real. I can hear their screams, sense their pain, watch the life drain from them."

"I'm not a part of the dream, I'm the whole damn dream," Arjan responded, not actually clarifying and confirming that Felix was awake. Because Arjan was his dream. Arjan was everyone's dream. He did not doubt that everyone who had ever been lucky enough to capture a glance of him or even hear about him would dream about him. They would either want to be with him or be him. There were only two options. He truly was part of everyone's dream - in fact, he was the entire whole dream, as he had so boldly stated in his sleep-deprived state.
For the first time in the evening - well, night - Arjan's frown disappeared and his lips curled upwards to smirk, displaying his dimple on one side as he did so, "If I was so insufferable, you wouldn't be dreaming about me and holding me so close. You wanna let go, by the way?" Man, Arjan really was a hero. He was the hero that people needed, they may not have known it yet though. Felix seemed deadset on not accepting just how much he desperately clung onto Arjan's presence. Oh how the boy would miss seeing Arjan around, doing push-ups in the middle of the dorm or backflipping through the hall.
Being drunk might have explained the nonsense that Felix was sprouting. At the very least, it might have explained the overreaction. Arjan just continued to smirk,, ignoring Felix's previous pleas of not looking at him since that made no sense. The only nightmare he would understand is one where you saw Arjan was uninterested in you. Gosh, that would be anyone's biggest nightmare. Worse, what if he showed interest in someone else in front of you and you realised you had no chance? What if Arjan said you were ugly?! Oh no. The nightmares were becoming too much. Yes. That was what must have happened for Felix to think Arjan was a nightmare. He must have seen Arjan with someone hot and got jealous. That checks out.
"Really? You were practically weeping like a child begging people not to die and leave you but you're now willing to leave them?" The Durmstrang questioned. If Felix believed in an afterlife where he would see a God then there was no doubt that Arjan would be there, chiselled as ever, donning lots of gold jewellery like any good god. And heck, if he believed in hell then his idea of hell - supposedly - would be seeing Arjan anyway, which he could understand. It would be hellish to see such a handsome figure and never be able to go near it. To know that you could never speak to him - or worse, to see him for a flickering moment but to know you could never gaze upon his light again. A shudder went down Arjan's spine at the thought of it. A life without light was one full of hopelessness. He had to do the world a service and bring light to as many people as he could. It was just how generous he was.
Arjan ignored Felix's protests, knowing they were lies. Of course, he wanted Arjan near him. The thirty seconds where he left were probably worse than the nightmare he had experienced. That was true hell right there. "Don't worry, I don't eat ham," He stated as though that was what that meant. How could he have ham feet if he didn't eat ham? Duh. It made no sense and was dumb. And the Indian hero was far too smart.
He waited for the puny boy to drink the water before quirking an eyebrow at him, "Yeah, I poisoned my own water," He retorted sarcastically. If Felix looked carefully at the bottle, he would notice that it was personalised. The red bottle had some gold engravings throughout it. Various random icons, what could probably be a symbol and so on. The most obvious was the rather bold "A. Oberoi" near the base. Yup, Felix was drinking from Arjan's water bottle. His used bottle. Wasn't that practically like he had just kissed him? Again?
He listened quietly - which was probably the longest period of staying silent that he had ever had in his entire life (why did Felix talk so much?! His voice was nowhere near as sexy as Arjan's. It made no sense!) - for the first time in forever. Right. Lysander was fine then. That was kind of all the hothead wanted to know. He did not care about much but he cared about his friends, as few as they were. Even if things were a bit odd with the two right now, he was still one of the few friends that Arjan had.
This idiot was just overreacting to something that happened years ago. Ugh. Stupid Hexwizard. If he was chosen as the champion, he'd have won that in 5 minutes. But noooo. The school made an idiotic decision.
A sigh of relief that he did not know he was holding escaped him nonetheless. He opened up the second bottle that he had been carrying, which was a plain black bottle and took a swig from it. He swallowed slowly, feeling the burning sensation go through his throat. He kept his face as blank as possible but winced a little. Now that he was old enough, getting the firewhiskey - which was what he was - was a lot easier. Sneaking it into school, however, was another matter. He had managed to transport it in though and now it was coming in good use. For he clearly was going to need something to get through this ridiculous conversation. "Right. So, basically, you're an idiot?" There was a lack of sympathy in his words but he did not get it. It was not real, why did Felix really care? Reality was so much worse than dreams.
Of course, not Arjan's reality. Arjan was amazing. He was now the sole heir to the Towers-Oberoi family fortune, the only son and therefore everything was handed on a plate for him. No one could resist his charms. He could literally have anything or anyone he wanted. Ah, life was so easy when you were so incredible!
"Lysander is very much alive the last time I saw him. That girl is still as cute as ever. I dunno who the other idiots you mentioned were but no one actually died. You're just overreacting to pretty much nothing. You're hearing stuff that isn't there, freaking out and crying about this rather than spending time with them whilst they are around?" Of course he only recalled Lysander and the cute girl. He just knew that none of them had actually died - because he would have probably heard that by now. "It's not real. What is real is that they are very much still here," Was this over yet? Could he go to sleep? Was the crybaby done crying? Arjan took another swig from his bottle, releasing a short 'ahh' as it burned down his throat once more.

“… You have gotta be fucking kidding me,” Felix groaned at Arjan’s response, it was so uniquely… well, Arjan, that it had to be the real him. Even Felix’s imagination couldn’t be this detailed. “You know… I used to think your arrogance was a defense mechanism, but I’m starting to believe that you actually think you’re constantly on everyone’s mind. Like a damn child who never grew out of their egocentric mindset. Contrary to what you may believe, I don’t dream about you.” This was a lie; Felix had definitely had Arjan haunt his nightmares before, but this time he hasn’t been present.
“I—…” As Arjan’s words sunk in, Felix could feel his face starting to heat up again. His pale skin betrayed his true feelings so easily. “I THOUGHT YOU WERE VALENTIN.” He protested, his hands pushing against Arjan’s stupidly chiseled chest to shove him back. Oh, it felt like he was pushing a stone wall— Why the fuck was he built like this?! Just who the hell did he think he was?
Felix wasn’t the same scrawny kid from a few years back. His muscle mass had grown, however reluctant he had been to Yefim’s training, he had worked on building up his arms and abs, and towered at 6’3”, but somehow, despite all of this, Arjan made him feel tiny, like he could pick him up and snap him like a twig. His confidence also seemed to disappear and he had no idea why Arjan had this effect on him. He lost all sense of logic around him and babbled like a damn idiot. He really made him that fucking angry. “Besides, why do you give a fuck about what I’m dreaming about? Maybe you want me to be dreaming about you. I think you can’t stand that I might have other people on my mind.”
The Swede's nose wrinkled at his response, not in disgust at his lack of ham eating (Felix didn't eat meat either), but rather the fact that his fucking feet were still dirtying the comforter his Grandmother had given him during his first year at Durmstrang.
His own...? He glanced down at the water bottle and tried not to do a spit take when he read the name. Great, first his feet were germing up his comforter, and now they had shared a water bottle together. Merlin only knew what kind of germs Arjan had, considering how many chicks he had his tongue down the throat of. Besides, why the hell was he... Kind of being nice to him? He had to have some sort of angle, had to want something from him. He stared over at the walking hair cut as he took a swing of his own bottle, his brow raising when he made a face, "... What are you drinking?" He asked, already suspecting it was something other than water. He better not throw up on his fucking bed. "You don't need liquid courage to talk to me." He couldn't help but quip.
An idiot? An idiot?! His face fell at Arjan's comment. Felix’s voice was trembling with a mixture of frustration and lingering fear from the nightmare, "Right, an idiot. Y-You're such a damn asshole." He grumbled, cursing himself mentally for letting his guard down even a little bit around Arjan. Of course he didn't care about him, this was just another even he would use to torment him for the next few months. "Is it so laughable to you that I care about my friends so much that the thought of them dying is upsetting to me?" If that was the case, he kind of felt sorry for the guy. Did he really not care about anyone but himself?
It took everything inside of him not to snap at Arjan to stay away from Greta, but he knew from experience that giving him any ammunition against him would mean he would most definitely not stay away from her if he told him to.
"I... There's something about that school... Hogwarts, it's just wrong. Like it's out to make people miserable? There's no way I would be having these kind of dreams on my own. After I got knocked out it was like I was in some sort of trance, and I saw all of it happening right in front of me. I know it's not real but... When I wake up it's hard to tell what is real and what's not. That's how vivid the dreams are. That school... They did something to me, to the people at the Hexwizard, and I feel like no one fucking believes me." His voice grew more frustrated towards the end of his explanation, and he grabbed the bottle from Arjan's hands, taking a swing before he could protest. He hardly flinched as the alcohol hit the back of his throat, swallowing as he gazed off into the dark corner of the dorm and said, "They all think that school is the shit, but it's not."

"Uh huh," Arjan simply responded with a smirk as he did not believe that for even a second. Felix dreamed about him. Not only because everyone did but also because he had practically said as much!
Arjan quirked his eyebrow at the white haired punk, "Who?" Should he have known a Valentin? Yes, probably, they had been on the same Quidditch team for a few years so yeah, he likely should have known the boy. But Arjan did not actually remember his name. He wasn't a cute girl, "Isn't it pronounced Valentine's? And no, thanks, pass. I have enough," He responded, not wanting to be four's Felix's valentine. He was definitely not that. Besides, there were was no this Valentin was a person. If he was, he was likely some scrawny little kid whose arms would snap if Arjan so much as looked at them. There was no way this guy mistook him for someone else, unless they were built like a frickin' giant. And there was only one part-giant that Arjan could think of and he wanted to pummel that guy after what happened in summer.
"You realise you were screaming, right? It's like three fuckin' am and you were weeping like a baby about this dream. I want you to shut the fuck up but since you were adamantly trying to ruin my sleep, I care," The Indian boy continued. Though, realistically, he had no idea what time of night it was. It could have been one. It could have been four. Who knew? All he knew was that he wanted to sleep and this shit was exhausting, and more than that, it was eating into his beauty sleep!
Besides, it did not matter how many people were on his mind - or anyone else's. Arjan was fully aware of a simple fact: they all dreamt about being with him or being him. They may not have admitted it but that was their biggest dream in life. He knew, he did not need their validation or acceptance to know. It wasn't like his dreams were particularly loyal either. He couldn't recall a time when someone had appeared twice in them.
It was almost cute how flustered and nervous this guy seemed. He acted disgusted, but they both knew it wasn't true. If this self-proclaimed duellist (as he had once barged into the dorms and boldly told Arjan he was) were grossed out, he would have blasted him with a spell or two by now. Arjan could not help but smirking as the Swede tried to seem more punkass than he actually was. He was like an adorable little noodle trying to be a badass and failing. "I need it to deal with crybabies though," He retorted.
"Did I laugh?" He asked almost sincerely. He did not think it was funny. He just thought it was stupid. There was a very distinct difference. Arjan would go through hell to get his friends back but then again, he was strong enough to protect them all so they didn't die in the first place. Because, you know, he wasn't a loser. "It's just stupid. You're spending time worrying about something that hasn't happened, instead of spending time with these so-called friends of yours. I dunno, it sounds pointless as fuck to me," He explained, almost sounding like a genuine human being for once, though in his own weird way.
He cracked his neck by tilting it to the right and then to the left, and his deadpan face made it hard to even tell if he was listening. He was probably thinking about his next exercise routine. Was it leg day? Or maybe he was thinking about his next pick up. There was a cute girl in his year that he hadn't hit on yet, maybe he should ask her out.
"It's a shit school, full of shit people," He stated, using the word in a very different meaning to the other Durmstrang. He hated Hogwarts. It sucked. It was a stupid school that allowed half-breeds in it and it was stupid. Why would anyone want to go there? He had no intention of going back. He kind of wished he had not bothered going last time too. It would have saved him a headache.
He ripped the bottle back from the other's puny hands and took a swig before offering it back. This time, he took a proper drink of it rather than taking a small sip, as he previously had. It would, hopefully, start to drown out the negative thoughts that were starting to surface as he thought about that shit school and the shit people that went there...

Felix stared over at the man who was the bane of his existence. He slowly raised a hand to his head and used his thumb and index finger to massage his temples. “En jävla arrogant levande staty av David... Fucking arrogant living statue of David,” he grumbled in his native tongue under his breath. He had dreamed about him in his past, nightmares of Arjan calling him four, and the entire school suddenly paying attention to the boy who used to blend into the wall only to point and laugh. HOW WAS HE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING? IT WAS HIS FIRST KISS—
“What?” The Swede stared over at the Ken Doll (accessories sold separately) in disbelief, “… Valentin. The… the captain of the Quidditch team? The one that YOU were on?! Your seeker?!” Was he too busy staring into the mirror like a damn cockatiel to notice his own captain?! “I DON’T WANT TO BE YOUR VALENTINE.” Felix practically yelled, his face burning up again.
“I—…” He actually hadn’t realized he was screaming. He knew he was in his dream, but had that always translated to the waking world? If so, why hadn’t Valentin mentioned it before? “… I’m sorry.” The Swede actually apologized with a small voice, his gaze flickering downwards to stare at his black plaid pajama bottoms. “It wasn’t my intention to wake you up.” He actually was sorry he had, because then he would have avoided this entire damn confrontation altogether.
“I wasn’t—" He couldn’t say he hadn’t been crying; he had woken up in tears. He cursed himself mentally for allowing himself to show weakness in front of Arjan of all people. But then… he was sitting with him? He could have just left as soon as Felix was awake. Why hadn’t he left? “You gonna run around the school calling me that now too? Couldn’t have been too bad if you’re still here with me. I'm kind of confused why you're being... Nice?” It was truly a miracle that he was taking time out of his day to talk about something other than himself, he must have felt exhausted.
He blinked over at the older boy, "No." He hadn't, but Felix had assumed he was making fun of him. It was hard not to be on the defensive when Arjan was around, after the hell he had put him through the past few years. "... Okay, now I know I must be fucking dreaming still." Why else would Arjan have so many good points? The guy's jawline was sharper than his wit. He had the biceps of a Greek god, but the brain power of a rock. "They're all at Hogwarts. I'm not going back there. There are a few okay people, but mostly they’re pieces of shit and assholes who have broken my heart.” Felix agreed, unaware that his new drinking ‘buddy’ was speaking about half-breeds. In his head he was thinking of Serena and how nice she was, how he still wore the cool necklace she made him, not that he was about to bring up the guy’s sister when the two of them were actually tolerating each other’s existence for the time being.
“They act like they’re better than everyone and that pisses me off.” He grumbled, his mind now drifting to George and his stupid adorable mouse face and how he acted all high and mighty because he had friends who were all ready to sing about acceptance and hold hands while they showed off how damn ‘wonderful’ they all were just because they had the basic decency to accept half-breeds into their school. He was accepting of half-breeds too, and you didn’t see him bragging about what a hero he was.
“I’m guessing that’s why you’re here instead of Hogwarts? There’s a ball with probably plenty of chicks you could be off making out with, so you must’ve had a shit experience to make you want to skip out and stay behind with my sorry ass.” The Swede joked as he accepted the bottle and took another drink. Ah, it burned so good. His skin was already starting to feel warmer as he passed the bottle back. He had made the assumption Arjan was only being nice because he had already drunk, ignoring the glaring flaw in his theory; Arjan had said Felix had woken him up. "Or have you decided to spend some quality time with your one true love; yourself?"

"Who?" He asked, with a quirked eyebrow as he tried to recall who the fuck Valentin was. Felix was clearly going crazy. Arjan was the captain. He didn't bother listening to other people, geesh. Oh right, a seeker. Must have been a scrawny guy who Arjan had to save constantly, ugh. He really had no idea how a Quidditch team would function with a beater like him. He was so good. Without him, they'd all die from a stray bludger. "Right, so some scrawny noodle arm like you that needs protecting? Got it. Yeah, you totally confused that guy for, well, me," Arjan continued, his voice dripping with sarcasm towards the end as he flexed his arm for emphasis. There was no way that any seeker was built like he was. There was no way he was mistaken for a loser.
Arjan shrugged, not really caring for an apology. It did not mean much unless it never happened again, "I'm always nice," or maybe he was just delusional. Either way, he continued, "I'm a generous soul, doing my public service for the school," This was not the first time he had done something he did not like for someone else. He had saved the life of the other, for starters! Man, Arjan was such a kindhearted generous hero. Maybe not the hero anyone wanted but he was the hero they needed.
"And I told you, you can stop dreaming about me, I'm right here," The smirk growing on his lips as he spoke, knowing it would rile the other up. He really did love riling the Swede. It was hilarious, if nothing else. What caught his attention was the broken heart comment. Right, so, he had been crying over being dumped. Really? This guy was a bigger loser than Arjan had expected him to be, wasn't he? It was probably his kissing skill - or lack thereof, should I say.
He rested his forearms onto his raised knees, trapping Felix's legs in between his butt and his feet unless the other boy moved them. Arjan was tempted to comment on various things that the other was saying but he figured that the conversation would end up lasting forever if he did. He was a kindhearted hero, of course but he was also sleepy and he did not want to drag this on for hours. He had sleep to get to. "Eh, there aren't many cute chicks that I haven't already been with there," He stated with another shrug. It was true that he had made out and dated too many of the girls there.
Of course, there were probably a couple that he could have gone to see - Phaedra and Falentra came to mind - but after everything that happened, he had no idea if they had heard the story or how they would react.
It was not really the people he was avoiding though, or the school itself. He was better than everyone there, he knew that. What he did not like was the questions it brought up. Subconsciously, it was like he knew that if he went there, he would be plagued with thoughts and questions that he did not want to answer. Of course, they plagued him most of the time anyway but it was easier to avoid here. He had his routine, which distracted him and plenty of hotties to keep him company. It was easier to not deal with his repressed emotions here. Going to Hogwarts forced him to confront shit that he did not want to consider.
"And my company is significantly better than any of theirs, so yeah, both?" He continued with a smirk, again with the intent on fully riling up the other. Though, he also did believe that one. Because like, let's be honest, Arjan was incredible. It was why he had never really developed feelings for anyone else. No one else could match his charm, his looks, his charisma! They could try but it was just a lost cause for them all. He got bored of them fairly quickly. Arjan was not drunk enough to spill any secrets. They were things he barely wanted to think about, let alone voice. Besides, he wasn't here for his therapy session. He was here because he was a hero providing free therapy to the twerp in need.
