Friday 24th MayOOC Note: Slight Godmod of Lucian has been discussed and agreed to by Lucian’s writer beforehandThe sun stretched through the windows and glistened upon the few Students walking through the Corridors from their final Class of the Day. A young dark haired Slytherin was one of them, Prefect batch secured on her robe, which was loosely hung around her shoulders. Her nose was buried in a book, as usual, her step slow as if she was waiting for someone to catch up to her. In fact, she was waiting for someone. Another dark haired Slytherin, that was currently rather grumpy and tried to keep away from her. She wasn’t sure why she had picked today to talk to him. Perhaps it was because she knew he wouldn’t be able to move away from her as fast as usual, due to aching limbs, but perhaps it was also just that she had enough of his constant excuses to not talk to her. Truth be told, at this point she was also avoiding him, however enough was enough. He had gone silent after Winter break, no explanation or an apology for abandoning his friend at all. Beatrice deserved an explanation. She deserved knowing why her Friend had just stopped talking to her and she deserved to yell at him, for being such a quisling. He had defenestrated her like an old piece of rubbish and it had hurt. They were getting closer to Summer now and she wanted the dagger made of ice, that stuck in her heart and their friendship, to melt in the sun like snow when spring arrives.
Lingering at the end of the Corridor, Beatrice leaned against one of the walls in a rather dark corner. The perfect place to catch someone by surprise. Her jaw was clenched as she fiddled with her wand, the book tugged back into her Satchel. Did she know what she was going to say to the boy that once was her closest friend but currently felt like a complete stranger? No, she did not. As mentioned, she hadn’t really thought this through before making up her mind, in the last class they had had today. As footsteps approached, she swallowed silently and listened. Her heartbeat fastened, the steps almost slouching in speed but echoing in the corridor regardless. Then she saw him. Her shoulders sank for just a moment before going back into a perfect position. As he rounded the corner, she stepped forward and grabbed his arm without a word. Panicking, she searched for his eyes. „Can we talk Lucian, please?” features set in stone but eyes full of questions, she held onto his wrist as if he would disappear if she didn’t. „You owe me an explanation as to what is going on. I hate this. Something happened during winter break and after that, you threw me away like I was the cause of all your problems. What happened?”

-Remind me once again just who I am because I need to know-
