No. Anything you don’t unlock will be automatically unlocked when you graduate to a second year.

You’re welcome, Brookline! The benefits doing the homework gives you is that it unlocks faster and that you get house points from it. But, I wouldn’t stress too much about doing all of it (I likely won’t be either).
