The top-left image is Becca (aged up though), while the other 3 are important images to her. One of a girl with her dad, one with a girl at a museum, and the third of a girl studying surrounded by books.

I took the prompt literally and crocheted two skeletons, then hung them up in my closet. If this does not count because my closet isn't super noticeable, I understand.

Based on the lore, I created a doll with the robes of a student attending Uagadou. The colors were based off the flag of Kenya.

Technology - Writing
Becca Cross stood in the middle of her childhood bedroom and almost felt like an alien. It was strange to think back to when she left this room in September. At the time, she was afraid of leaving this life behind for Hogwarts, and now she felt like this room did not belong to her. She placed her bag on her bed and studied the decorations on her wall.
Most of them were posters of movies and television shows, but a few represented her favorite band. It was startling to realize that she had not thought of those shows or movies while at Hogwarts, even though they were so important to her just a few months ago.
When she had been told that the magic at Hogwarts disrupted all technology, she did not think she could adapt to a life without screens. There was so much to learn and see at Hogwarts, though, that it was not as great of a challenge as she thought. Except for one device that she thought about almost every day.
She walked over to a table in her bedroom and ran her hand over the top of laptop resting there. Her father had told her that he charged it for her the night before, since it had not been used while she was away. Becca had used the device for hours almost every day since she had received it as a gift and had missed it while at Hogwarts.
She loved researching things, and her laptop made it so easy to find the information. As she sat in the library at Hogwarts, she would sometimes dream of having a laptop there to help her take notes on everything. It would be pretty cool to have the ability to search up magical subjects on the internet, too.
Becca sat down on the floor of her room with her laptop in her lap and opened it for the first time in months. She did not know what she wanted to research on her break, but she was excited to have access to the internet again so she could find as much information as possible on whatever subject she chose.

Facing the Darkness - Writing

Becca's mother disappeared when she was a baby, and it has caused some difficult feelings for Becca. The box is one of the items left from her mother, which Becca has now since her father gave her everything of her mother's once Becca displayed her magic.
Becca sat crossed on the floor of her empty, for once, dorm room staring at the small wooden box in her lap. It was an ordinary looking box, just stained wood with a couple of swirls carved on the top and a simple lock, and anyone who walked in might think her a bit odd for staring at it so intently. Despite its simplicity, though, the box filled Becca with both rage and despair.
It was her mother’s.
Her mother who abandoned her and her father when Becca was a baby. Her mother who had not bothered to reach out once during Becca’s entire childhood. Her mother who was a witch and must have known Becca was likely going to inherit her magic, and yet still left nothing to her daughter about the magical world. Her mother who did not even bother to leave a key to open this stupid wooden box that probably did not even have anything in it.
Becca wanted to give in to her rage and smash the box into a thousand pieces. She wanted to burn the thing and never think of it again. She wanted to throw it into the Black Lake and leave it to rot. She wanted to put the box in the back of her closest at home and never think of it again.
And yet, she could not bear to think of the box coming into any harm. She wrapped it in a blanket in her trunk so it would bump into anything. She handled it gently anytime she was alone in her dorm. She traced her fingers reverently along the swirls, careful not to have clean hands so she smeared nothing on it.
She wanted nothing to do with her mother.
She kept every belonging her mother left when she disappeared in pristine condition.
She hated the woman.
She longed to see her.
She did not need the woman who gave birth to her for anything.
She needed to know why.
The door to her dorm room opened, and Becca quickly stood. She walked to her trunk and grabbed the blanket lying over top. As Becca wrapped the box gently, she envisioned throwing the thing out of the window of Gryffindor Tower. She placed it gently in the bottom of her trunk and envisioned placing it in the Black Lake. She moved her books to sit on it so nothing would spill on the box while envisioning dumping an ink bottle over top of it.
She hated these feelings her mother stirred up, and yet she could not bring herself to destroy what little was left.

Love Story - Writing

In the wooden box, which Becca will eventually open, passed down from Becca's mother is her diary. That diary contained this poem which Becca's mom wrote about her love story with Becca's dad.
Advancement and Alliances
Not Love and Longing
Contracts and Duty
No room for belonging
I couldn’t live like that
Though it was expected
I wanted love not power
I said no to any selected
I’ll be alone forever
I accept my curse
But when I met him
It was perverse
Love pulled me to him
Though family pulled me away
Magic and muggle mustn’t mix
Wizards shouldn’t stray
I tried to
But I failed
I could not stop
Because Love prevailed

This a continuation of prompt 10: IC Holidays. As soon as I seen the prompt, the song from the Avatar: The Last Airbender song with the same name from the episode The Cave of Two Lovers has been stuck in my head. So, I wrote a rpg about Becca watching the episode with her cousin Charles
Becca trailed her fingers along the banister of the staircase, glancing at the pictures hung up on the wall. It was strange to see her family’s life played out across the hallways, knowing she was not a part of it. The week her and her father were going to spend with Aunt Carol and her cousins was almost over.
It had been a pleasant week, which surprised her more than she cared to admit. The only complaint she had was that she had not spent as much time with her cousin Charles than she would have liked. He was her hero when she was little – the amazing older cousin who seemed to know everything and still had the time to play with her whenever she wanted. This week, though, he did not seem to have had the time to spend with her.
She was about to walk past Charles’s room when she heard an intro to show she had not thought about in years. She knocked on the door and waited for Charles to let her come in. She pushed open the door and looked at the drawing of a silhouetted character with fire coming out of their limbs. She suddenly remembered the name of the show, Avatar: The Last Airbender.
"Hey," she said, feeling awkward. She waited a moment then spoke again. "I remember watching this with you when I was younger. Can I join you?"
Charles stared at her for a moment, then nodded his head shortly indicating she could stay. She smiled then sat on the floor of Charles’s bedroom. He started the show again, and she watched the title come onto the screen The Cave of Two Lovers.
When the nomads began singing a song about the secret passage into Omashu, Becca was instantly enraptured by the song. She turned her head to look at Charles to see if he was enjoying the song too, and he grinned at her.
Suddenly, he jumped up and began singing loudly. "Secret tunnel! Secret tunnel! Through the mountain! Secret, secret, secret, secret tunnel! Yeah!"
Becca laughed. They finished watching the episode, but Aunt Carol called them down to go on a walk with the family before the next episode began playing. Throughout the walk, Becca and Charles kept singing Secret Tunnel to the amusement of their family.
As she went bed, Becca grinned at the memory and at the bond she had strengthened with her cousin.
