So I found out who he is, he's a character from Game of Thrones, and your pfp is a fanart of him as a young boy.
I didn't find any other "young" pictures of him, it's mostly him as an old man.
These are some sorta similar ones that I found, but they're not him:
I know some of them can't fit in your profile, so I can crop them if you want.
I hope this helps, and I can always find more!
